Ibis Styles Properties in Xi'an

Hotel is nicely located near Huiminjie @ Muslim Quater. Everything about the stay was pleasant except for the wifi. The connection was extremely slow. I needed to get some work done, and in the end my hotspot worked much better. Another issue was the centralised aircon system. During winter, it kept blowing warm air and the room felt quite suffocating. When I asked for help, the reception staff simply advised me to switch it off. Even with the aircon turned off, the room still felt stuffy. For those arriving by Didi, use the hotel’s main address from drop-off. If you use the “allocated” address shown in the app, the driver may drop you far from the actual hotel entrance and you’ll have to navigate the rest on your own. Overall, the stay was fine but these issues made it less comfortable than expected.

The room was comfortable and relatively quiet. Laundry facilities were convenient. The best part is that it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Shaanxi History Museum, which was perfect for the elderly in our group to come back and rest whenever needed and then continue their visit. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, with many delicious choices like Roujiamo and affordable restaurants like Da Chu Xiao Guan. It's also a short taxi ride to the city gates, Datang Everbright City, and Xi'an Museum.

The front desk service is good, the location is also very good, will come next time

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in near the train station. First of all, the service is good. The front desk lady and the boy are good-looking and the service is also very good. Secondly, the room is clean, the facilities are good, and the shower water volume is very comfortable. The space is also very good, the sound insulation effect is good at night, the environment is quiet, and you can have a good rest. Finally, the transportation is too convenient, and the nearby shops are also delicious. Highly recommended!

The original plan was to stay in the city center. I walked to this place and looked around. The Ctrip rating of this hotel is not very high. From the pictures and videos, I know that the quality is not bad. I decided to try it out. Sure enough, the quality and environment are better than I expected. The room is large enough and the mattress is very comfortable. I was very happy to see the warm hospitality of the hotel staff when I walked to the lobby. When I checked out today, the front desk asked me if I had a good rest. Now I think this hotel is relatively low-key, and the actual quality of the stay is higher than the Ibis I knew before.
