James Joyce Coffetel Hotels in Xi'an

Arrived in Xi'an and stayed for two nights. The front desk and room service were both very friendly and welcoming. We were a party of two adults and two children, and arrived quite late, but they proactively upgraded us to a family room. We also got to enjoy freshly made coffee every day. The location is convenient, with many local snacks nearby. We tried Xiaoyu Yanjin Roasted Meat and Dingding Roasted Meat; as southerners, we preferred the former. This trip left a very good impression of Xi'an! 👍

My stay far exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby and excellent amenities. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in the corners, and all facilities were in good working order. The bed was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and efficient, always willing to help. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a quiet and restful environment. Overall, the value for money was great, and the service and atmosphere were impeccable. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I would definitely book again!

great location. About 6mins walk to the Drum Tower and Huimin Street (Muslim Street Food) which is literally behind the Drum Tower. About 7mins walk to Xi’an City Wall and 10 mins walk to the Bell Tower. the 2 ladies who checked me in were very helpful and warm, despite the language barrier. But lobby was a bit terrible. Room was very nice and comfortable. What i want to point out is the inaccurate description of this hotel in Trip.com. 1) just put Qiaokou Metro Station in the hotel name. no need for Xi'an Huimin Street, as it confuses the locals when i showed them the name of the hotel. 2) the ”address in local language” feature u have, gives out the name of ANOTHER james joyce hotel (which my driver took me to, and has a very rude staff who screamed NO to me when i asked about my reservation) 3) this is the most important part - ADD METRO LINE 6 - to the descrition & title of the hotel. Xi'an Metro has 14 lines, so putting Line 6 to the hotel name would help so many travellers.

The hotel is close to the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Hot Spring, with convenient transportation. It is close to the subway entrance and there is a large supermarket, China Resources Vanguard. The store decoration style is grand, the room linens are clean, and the hygiene is impeccable. Xiao Zhao at the front desk provided good service, and the overall stay experience was good!

I came to Xi'an from Beijing and carefully selected the Zhefei Hotel. I really liked its Chinese-style decor. I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews, but after checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. The shower water was excellent, the temperature was perfect, the air conditioning was powerful, and the heating was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The lovely lady in the housekeeping department cleaned the room impeccably every day; I especially liked her—she was beautiful and incredibly kind. 💖🌹🌹 The guy at the breakfast counter was also very helpful. When I first arrived, I couldn't find the restaurant, and he led me there. The young ladies at the front desk were also excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful. A truly wonderful trip! The hotel made me feel safe and secure, just like being at home. Thank you for your hard work, I'm so grateful to have met you. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main road, making it super convenient to get a taxi. The musical fountain is right next to the hotel, just a few steps away, and the Tang Dynasty Never Sleeping City is also very close, just a short walk away. There's a large shopping mall near the city with tons of delicious chain restaurants, which is great. Getting to the attractions is easy, and taxis are inexpensive, much cheaper than in Beijing. The hotel is very quiet at night, not noisy at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. Thank you all! 🙏🏻💐☕

設施齊全，乾淨整潔，床品衞生。入住期間因故讓服務人員換了一次床具，服務人員非常積極熱情地幫忙更換，以及幫助解決電視使用問題等。作為鴕鳥王酒店轉置酒店，環境古色古香，頗有特色。

I was very satisfied with this stay, the house was clean and odorless, the space was just right, and the hotel location was very good. Very close to the subway station, the details are handled carefully, the communication response is timely, and the living is at ease and relaxed.

1. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable and the sound is good. The check-in and check-out efficiency at the front desk is high, the location is convenient, the surrounding eating and traveling is convenient, the price is very high, and I will choose next time. 2. The overall exceeded expectations, health is in place, facilities are complete, hot water is stable. Friendly service attitude, quiet environment, suitable for business trips, recommended stay.
