JI Hotel Properties in Xi'an

A couple stayed here for a trip. The hotel is located on Luomashi Pedestrian Street, which is lively yet quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. It's near Exit F of Metro Lines 2 and 6. We initially booked two nights, then extended for another three, totaling five nights. We received a free upgrade to a family room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a window overlooking the residential area. The cleaning staff were very kind and responsible, and the front desk service was also great. The breakfast area was a bit small. There are two washing machines and two dryers, so sometimes we had to wait to do laundry in the evenings; perhaps adding one more would be helpful.

全季 has been our favourite hotel franchise in china. But that may be changing soon. When we entered the hotel room, we smelled a strange odor. To the hotels credit, they promptly changed us to a another room. Later we realized it could be the smell of tea. There were these complimentary white tea bags in the room. We brewed a pot of white tea and it smelled nice. But we left it overnight and the next day the room smelled, well, strange. The hotel staff were eager and prompt. But they looked tired and overworked. Location wise, it is great for shopping because it is right next to 原力场 and the excellent 赛博. The down side is breakfast choices are limited because the eateries in the vicinity do not open early. Calling 滴滴 is troublesome because you have to walk to the main road. And the traffic jam in the morning is quite serious.

The hygiene was excellent; the cleaning staff did a thorough job every day. The hotel environment overall is quite good. It's right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda subway station. Although it doesn't have its own garden, the surrounding area is fantastic. You can step out at 8:55 PM and catch the 9:00 PM Big Wild Goose Pagoda fountain show. The Shaanxi History Museum is also very close, just about a 15-minute walk away. Transportation is incredibly convenient, being at a transfer point for subway lines 3 and 4, making it easy to get anywhere. Downstairs, there's also City Tour Line 1. There are plenty of food options nearby; you can easily go out to eat or, if you prefer to stay in, a small robot can deliver takeout to your room. The only minor drawbacks in terms of facilities are that the window is a bit drafty and lets in some noise. Luckily, our room faced the back residential area, so it was relatively quiet. The sink was a bit low, probably designed to accommodate children, but at 160cm tall, it didn't even reach my hip bone.

Excellent stay! The service was great, and the environment was comfortable and quiet. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel is brand new with really beautiful decor, and the location is super convenient, right next to the Grand Tang Mall and a shopping center. The staff are mostly young, very efficient and reliable, polite, and enthusiastic. The front desk even offers luggage and package storage, which is a huge plus. Staying for a week, the laundry and drying facilities were incredibly convenient!

The room is clean and spacious. It is suitable for rest at night without noise. The service staff are also very nice. This place is very convenient. I recommend it! I will come again if I have the chance.

This trip was specially chosen in Jiji, which is very close to the North High-Speed ​​Railway Station, and it was as satisfying as ever! First of all, the scent of tea in the entrance hall is very good, and the service at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful, meeting all the basic needs of the guests as much as possible; second, the rooms are also clean to the same standard, and the stay is very comfortable; third, an unexpected discovery There are many local delicacies around the hotel, which are much better than those near scenic spots! Highly recommended. It’s really noisy near the Internet celebrity city scenic spot. It’s not a problem to take a taxi here, but you will have a peaceful sleep!

以前全季基本上是閉眼定，從來不看評價，感覺是不會有啥大問題的酒店。這次有點出乎意料了。首先説一下特殊的背景，遇到市政停電，大概從文昌門看條街道開始，到全季這邊全部停電了。但是全季無法立即啟動備用電源，工作人員聯繫物業用了大概一個小時，才啟動了備用電源，住客才陸陸續續上樓回到房間了。回到房間後沒有熱水，孩子用冷水沖了澡，睡了。期間我多次打電話問熱水大概什麼時候有，回答快了，鍋爐在重啟。我等到了十一點半，來熱水了，然後就是放不乾淨的黃水，我一直放一直放，都是黃色的，而且洗澡的頂噴還放不出來熱水。我等到了一點半，終於受不了了，用冷水洗了一下，去睡了。大早上七點半，我起來想這會兒應該有熱水了吧，先洗個澡，水一打開還是黃的（見圖片，肉眼可見的黃）…去吃個早飯退房吧，結果早飯用餐的地方特別小，東西也很少…去退房，結果又碰到了電梯壞了，我拖了一大堆行李走的樓梯…反正一言難盡的行程，不知道各種意外是不是常態。對了，停車場方面，它的停車場在負二樓，但是沒有電梯上來，你怎麼開下去的，人就要原路走回來，這個提醒各位注意，反正我要是知道這個，一定會避雷。服務方面，確實保持了全季的服務水準，走的時候熱情的給我了一大袋子水和冰箱貼等小禮品，所以服務我給了高分。其他都有扣分。

Knowing it would be incredibly crowded, we opted for the H World Hotel (Huazhu Hotel Group) in Xiaozhai East Road, right by the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Both our families were extremely satisfied with our stay – the experience was absolutely fantastic! It's a mere 3-minute walk west to the Shaanxi History Museum and a 5-minute walk east to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, making it incredibly close to major attractions. To the west, there's the SEG International Shopping Center, and delicious food options are right downstairs. All sorts of businesses are within easy reach, no need for a taxi. 🌟 Special commendation: Front desk staff 'Xiao Nan' Her service was truly impeccable. From the moment we arrived, she was consistently warm, professional, and patient, making us feel right at home. • Before check-in: She communicated with us in advance, patiently answering all our questions about transportation and more. • During check-in: She processed everything efficiently and thoughtfully arranged a quiet high-floor room for us, considering we were traveling with children. • After check-in: She was incredibly responsive to all our requests, recommending delicious local food. She even meticulously reminded us to check our belongings when we checked out. 🏨 Hotel Highlights: Quality evident everywhere • Well-equipped facilities: The room was clean, the bedding super comfortable, and the shower water pressure stable, ensuring a great night's sleep. • Excellent hygiene: From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless, with great attention to detail. • Superb location: The location is fantastic, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it extremely convenient for getting around and dining.
