The hotel is very close to the subway exit A. The decoration is very new and unique. The bathrooms are all Kohler (I forgot to take a photo, I must remember correctly). The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. A good location and the amenities were great, but what really made us happy were the staff. Cecilia, Oscar and Leo were so kind, welcoming and warm from our arrival to the departure, going above what would be expected to help us with a difficult journey back to Beijing. We will happily revisit and recommend the hotel to anyone, based on the staff alone, but in general the hotel was fabulous.

Great breakfast. Very comfortable room, although perhaps some very minor repairs needed. Staff very nice. We were very happy to be able to have windows open, and the room has a small fridge. Located next door to metro station Yuxiangmen Line 1, giving easy access to Xiang Nortn/High Speed Rail station and airport., Bell Tower and other popular sites. Giant wall surrounding tbe original city only a 150m away. Walking the area is very easy, and pleasant.

I stayed for three nights to accompany my child to take the exam. The hotel is in the scenic spot, or the hotel is part of the magnificent scenery of the scenic spot! There is a RT-Mart supermarket next to it, and there is another shopping center with many places to eat. The hotel room is large, the environment is beautiful, and the quality of the service staff is high! Due to my personal reasons, I applied to change the room once. The young man at the front desk solved the problem very enthusiastically and answered every question. Due to the needs of the exam, the lady at the front desk also helped to print the documents, very kind and friendly. I look forward to coming to Xi'an again (admitted to Xigong University) and living in Datang Xishi again.
