Xi’an’s first tourist stop｜Tanghua Hualuxe Hotel 📍Location: The hotel is in an excellent location, just a stone's throw away from the Tang Dynasty Evernight City, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Da Ci'en Temple and other attractions. 🏡Environment: A Chinese-style Tang-style hotel gives people a feeling of traveling back in time. Most of the rooms are suites, with wide sofas and slightly smaller bathrooms. It would be perfect if there were partitions and sliding doors. 🛎️Service: The service at the front desk and restaurant is very good and enthusiastic! Special thanks to the bellman for carefully guiding us on the route, which made our impression of Xi'an even higher!

The location is okay, about 700 meters away from the Everlasting City of Tang Dynasty. We drove there by ourselves, parked a little further, and walked a while in the three-dimensional garage outside. The service is a bit lagging behind. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day, but there is basically no one to take care of it at night. The washing machine broke and it couldn't be used. I went to the front desk twice and sent two very old people away. I couldn't figure it out for a long time and ended up struggling. It took three hours to finish washing the clothes. The good night gifts and souvenirs that come with the order must be given unsolicited or unsolicited. In addition, many of the breakfasts are semi-cooled. It looks like they are placed in a container but actually has no heat preservation effect. The overall condition of the house is okay, the hygiene is acceptable, and the room is large enough, which is worthy of recognition.

Fantastic hotel right next to Datang Everbight Walking Street, Joy City Mall and the Goose Pagoda. Rooms are designed to look ”antique” to match the amcient theme of the area, but are very clean. Breakfast was reallly good!

This hotel is in a good location. If you stay in a high-rise south-facing room, you can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Although it is next to the Second Ring Road, it is very quiet. The room is small, the breakfast is rich, and there is exquisite afternoon tea. You can walk to the museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The service is warm and highly recommended. I purposely traveled during the off-peak hours after the Spring Festival, and looked at many hotels in Xi'an, and finally chose the Hilton Canopy in Qujiang, which is closest to the Tang Dynasty Sleepless City. Overall, the staff service, attitude, and hotel location are very good. We booked two rooms together. When we arrived in Xi'an, it was snowing in the ancient city, and we arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. On the way, the entire city was covered with snow, and it was indeed the Tang Dynasty covered in snow. The hotel thoughtfully prepared ginger soup for us in the lobby to ward off the cold. After drinking it, we were warm and relieved from the fatigue from the journey. The overall color of the hotel is beautiful, and you can see the combination of ancient and modern elements everywhere you look. The room number of each room has the symbol of a camel or a horse, and the corridors are everywhere with the unique symbols of the city of Xi'an. During the two days we stayed in Xi'an, it snowed, and we walked in the sky full of snowflakes. On the pedestrian street of the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty, the lanterns were on, and men and women of all colors wearing Hanfu were walking around. For a moment, I didn't know whether we had traveled through the prosperous Tang Dynasty or the Tang Dynasty back to Xi'an. It seems that everyone here has become accustomed to dressing up in Hanfu, but not many people stop to watch. They are all immersed in their own happiness. There was a little hiccup when we returned from a trip after checking in, but Moon Yang, the hotel staff at the time, actively coordinated the room for us, always gave us travel suggestions, paid attention to our needs, and the personalized service temperature made up for the objective shortcomings. On the day of check-out, they actively helped me arrange my itinerary so that my family and I could have a good rest before departure. I'm very satisfied with the room after the adjustment. Every time I take a picture, the picture comes out without spending too much time on the P-picture. The room is equipped with a smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, air purifier, and capsule coffee machine. The bedding is clean and comfortable. We have arranged a room close to the elevator, which is very considerate. It can be seen that the entire hotel is run with care. I am very grateful to Moon Yang and her team for quickly solving the minor oolong that occurred. Finally, I wish the hotel will get better and better!

The room type is quite good. There is no difference between the pictures and the actual room, so I didn’t take pictures of the room. The hotel room cleaning aunt is very good. I would like to praise Aunt Yang Yanlin. She is very enthusiastic and patient. She cleans the room very carefully and clean every day. Hearing that my girlfriend was feeling unwell, she specially put a few bags of brown sugar ginger tea and asked if she needed extra quilts, which was very considerate. I read a lot of hotels online with mixed reviews, so I arrived a few hours early and checked out several hotels to compare the environment, and finally chose this one. The reason is that this hotel is located in Datang Evernight City, which is more than 900 meters away from the subway station and is very convenient. I thought that after visiting the attractions during the day and having a good rest at night, I could go downstairs and watch the show, although it was a pity that the show was canceled due to rain these two days. But I still watched part of it two nights ago. The overall sound insulation is very good, and the sound from outside performances is very small and can be ignored. The front desk was also very welcoming. I asked to see the room type before I checked in and was very patient in showing me around. Seeing that the breakfast I ordered for four days was very scattered, they helped me fill up the meal coupons for free. The overall experience was very good and the hotel was very comfortable. But I felt unwell and went to the hospital during the trip. The experience was very bad. After I complained until I left Xi'an today, there was no feedback. I called to inquire and said that it would take 5 working days to solve the problem. You don't need to call me to confirm the problem and just handle it yourself. Then Who will guarantee the results of the treatment? Most likely I won't come back again. Apart from the nice hotel, everything else is unsatisfactory.

Second visit to Xi’an! Highly recommend this hotel! I personally like this garden style! The decoration is also very artistic! The hotel butler service is very good! 24 hours hot water, central air conditioning! The room is very spacious and you can't hear any noise at night even though you live in a downtown area! The sound insulation is very good! When you go out, turn right and you will see Xi'an Joy City. Across the road is the city that never sleeps! Traveling is very convenient! You can enjoy Xi'an's slow life by living here.

The guys and girls at the front desk were very helpful and even upgraded the room type for free after arriving. The room was clean and tidy and soda water was provided. My children get a small gift every day and are very happy. It's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just a short walk away, so you don't have to worry about not being able to get into the car and being stuck in traffic. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. It was really a stay that was highly praised by the whole family! Breakfast is also very rich!
