Atour Hotels in Xiamen

After checking in, I found the room to be very clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable to sleep in, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no odd smells. The hot water came out quickly without a long wait. Overall, the stay was much better than expected.

My trip to Xiamen was exceptionally pleasant, and I chose the Atour Hotel on Huandao Road. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and Coconut Wind Village Beach is right outside, offering a stunning sunrise view every morning – truly an amazing experience. The hotel's breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, plus authentic local Shacha noodles that were both comforting and delicious. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and there was even a kids' play area at the front desk, which is very friendly for guests with children! What I want to praise most is the front desk service team. I was traveling alone with my daughter, and doing her hair became a bit of a challenge. After trying to ask the front desk for help, they readily agreed and assisted us warmly. For the three days we stayed, the ladies at the front desk came promptly every morning to carefully help my daughter with her hair. This thoughtful and gentle service, which went above and beyond standard expectations, deeply moved and warmed my heart. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends traveling with kids!

My stay at Atour X Hotel was excellent! The location is superb, very close to Fanghu Bus Station, making travel incredibly convenient. I booked an executive king room, which was a spacious 36 sqm – plenty of room and not at all cramped. It came fully equipped with a screen-casting TV and a mini-fridge. The hotel even has a delivery robot, which is smart and hassle-free, and the breakfast spread was rich and delicious. The room offered expansive city views, and the housekeeping was meticulous and thorough. Plus, there's free parking with EV charging stations. The service was thoughtful and attentive. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Xiamen!

When I travel, I always choose Atour, and this particular hotel was excellent all around. The soundproofing in the rooms was really good, even by Atour's standards, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and friendly.

I encountered a slight issue during check-in, but the front desk quickly recognized it and upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. The hotel's location is good, not far from Jiangtou subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hardware at Atour is top-notch, especially the bedding which is always reliable. The breakfast selection is quite rich.

The location is fantastic, right in Shapowei, with plenty of food options and shops just outside. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, but the front desk immediately upgraded my room type. The service attitude was excellent, and they handled issues promptly and thoughtfully. Atour's bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the decor is understated yet luxurious. Overall, the quality is consistently good. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, the ambiance is lovely. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out. I'll definitely choose this Atour again for future trips.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and had a delicious breakfast too with a good Coffee machine. It's got a Gym and laundry room. The bed was very comfortable. A good hotel.

Cleanliness: Great! This hotel was so comfortable to stay in. First, I have to praise the room – it had a small balcony, and opening the door revealed a courtyard view. It was so pleasant to enjoy the breeze and have some tea in the evening. The smart home system was also very convenient; I could just call out to 'Xiao Wei' to turn off the lights and close the curtains. The TV even had an AI assistant, so finding shows was as simple as speaking a command. It was packed with technology but incredibly user-friendly. I couldn't find any faults with the cleanliness or facilities either. The sheets and towels were spotless, and having both a washing machine and dryer was great – I got all my clothes done after a few days of travel. Items were delivered by robots, which was both cute and efficient. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the city wall. Riding a bike along the wall at night was incredibly enjoyable. But what I was most satisfied with was the service. Everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties was smiling. They were very quick to respond when I asked for directions or borrowed something, always happy to help. All in all, for this price, the experience was fantastic – great value for money. I'll definitely come back next time!

The room is very nice, the location is quite good, the hotel has good amenities but most rooms have a key issue: the hotel is surrounded u greenery with thousands of cicadas (蝉) making a huge noise, even the rooms have double glass the system doesn’t close very well so the sound enters from the windows and from the door, during the summer days it can make you crazy, but at night they are calm. Fortunately they changed me to a higher room facing a side with less noise!

I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews before booking, but my stay was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, with subway, BRT, and bus stops right nearby, especially for getting to the airport – it couldn't be easier. It was very convenient for seeing shows, and I even received a fridge magnet as a little gift. Any issues I raised were addressed very quickly. I'd consider staying here again. There are also plenty of food options around. The overall decor of the S is very comfortable and cozy, making it feel like home, and the comfortable bedding ensures a great night's sleep.
