We had very good experience with this accommodation. Before we arrived, The owner was very responsive, and cooperative. He addressed my concerns about non smoking rooms. He also sent suggestions of food and tourist places. We arrived at 1 am and 2 young staff were on hand to receive us and helped us with luggages. The bedroom and bedding were clean and fresh. Downstairs the minsu is a small eatery and we had breakfast here. There is Daily cleaning. The owner will fulfill any reasonable requests.The owner gave me ear plugs because I am a light sleeper. . Excellent location. Just adjacent to Zhongshan pedestrian street. Very easy to find food. You can get the taxi to stop at the intersection between zhenbang lu and shenping lu and then just walk 10 steps to the minsu. Highly recommended.

Owner is very responsive on WeChat. Provided visual guide to find their place. Very well located, 5 mins walk to Zhong San Street where the crowd is. Family rooms are big. Heater in the bathroom is strong and warm. The No.8 Seafood restaurant below is yummy, we ate twice there. There is a McDonald in the mall besides. No.8 Market is 8 mins walk away. No frills comfortable home stay. Highly recommended.

I had booked one house for 8 person but it turned out to be three bedrooms on the same floor with no fridge nor washing machine. Moreover, the amenities provided are **** except the toilet roll, but with no refill for four person for three days! We did not expect to clean up the whole room but only the washroom. However, hairs still found on the shower floor. Besides, we accidentally found the floor underneath the beds very dusty with many dropped tissues and stuff. Although the rooms are spacious, all the furnitures are with age. We surprisingly found our stuff like souvenir drinking bottle and our tooth pastes disappeared on the first night we returned. Location is good but will not stay again.

Well, the location is strategic, just behind the famous zhong shan walking street, you can easily explore the famous spot and metro also within walking distance. The space is a bit hidden but you can give them a call and be sure they will give you some help. Very friendly and nice service, give you some good recommendations and also help you to arrange the transport services. The photo is a nearby location where you can get a taxi...

Pros: near shopping street, Big, clean and just renovated, Able to do laundry with detergent. A lot of amenities provided Owner bring us to the homestay as requested. Friendly Cons: not really

We stayed in this homestay for 6 nights. The receptionist is friendly and quick in responses. The only improvement feedback I would give is to complete the touch up on the wall. For the convenience around this location, and big family of 6 who need more beds and space, this homestay is really worth the money. It is 1 mins walk to the shopping belt around ZhongSan Road and eateries, and 10mins walk to the seafood market, 八市市場. Car rides to tourist attractions like park, botanical garden, 沙坡尾, coastal walk/route, ferry terminal to GuLangYu are between 15 to 25mins, which is consider near. And homestay branch we stayed, is above a small eatery, where we can settle our breakfast or have a quick meal. I would say it is a good choice we made.

The homestay is very big and clean. The location is very convenient. Near metro station and also lots of restaurants nearby. There is a convenience shop once you walk out from the homestay. The pedestrian street is nearby too. The owner is very nice. I will sure come back to stay when I am in Xiamen next trip.

The room is nice. We booked a family room with two rooms. There is enough space for two adults and two children. The bed is very comfortable. The owner of the B&B is very good. Seeing that we are two girls with children, he took the initiative to help carry the luggage. When the children came back from playing on the sand, they asked for bed sheets to be changed in the middle of the night. Someone was immediately arranged to come. The location of the B&B is also very good. It is close to the subway station and major attractions. There are many delicious foods downstairs. It is the best value for money.

The sanitary environment is average, the service is very good, contact customers in advance to avoid looking for time, and help with luggage. The facilities in the house are complete, including disposable bath towels, paper towels, mineral water, etc., which is very convenient.

The renovation is gradually being done to provide travelers with a better environment and a high degree of accommodation freedom.

The beauty informed us in advance that the route map was easy to find and there were snack restaurants nearby which was very convenient.

What caught my eye was the very good location, which is very convenient for eating and traveling. The upper and lower floors of the residence are very suitable for parent-child travel. The privacy and sound insulation are very good. It is relatively clean. The elderly like it very much and have a good rest. Thumbs up

Facilities: Very good, but the TV upstairs can't be turned on Hygiene: Very good Environment: Next to the Eight Markets, very close to food, but the location is difficult to find. I suggest the business to contact the tenant earlier next time. If the phone call can't be connected, you can send a text message so that we don't go to the wrong place

The location of the B&B is very close to Zhongshan Road. It is very convenient for shopping and eating nearby. It is also very quiet to sleep at night. I am satisfied!
