HUALUXE Hotels and Resorts XIAMEN HAICANG HARBOUR VIEW

The room was spotless and very spacious. The service was excellent; from the lobby staff to the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly attentive. It was a thoroughly satisfying stay.

Stayed at Hualuxe Xiamen again, and the service remains excellent. A special shout-out to Cathy, the customer service manager, who proactively understood our room preferences and even upgraded us to an Executive Seaview room for free. She also made sure to leave a latex pillow for me. The room maintenance is pretty good, and the view is absolutely stunning, no complaints there. Will definitely be coming back!

This is my second stay here, and I absolutely love the new Chinese-style room. It's spacious, and the soundproofing is quite good, ensuring a great night's sleep! The front desk staff upgraded me to an executive sea-view room, and the view was fantastic! Harlan from the lounge was incredibly helpful. I had an urgent video meeting, but my room wasn't ready yet. Harlan kindly opened the lounge for me in advance, allowing me to finish my meeting smoothly! When the room was ready, they even handed me the key card directly in the lounge and thoughtfully helped me with my luggage to the room. I'm very grateful! The lounge's afternoon tea is excellent, and the view is expansive. I didn't get to try the evening happy hour, but I'll definitely experience it next time. Overall, both the environment and the service are excellent!

Honestly, this is the best value luxury hotel in Xiamen. The attention to detail is excellent, and Hualuxe has definitely improved my impression of InterContinental. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiamen.

The service was excellent, especially the customer service agent Wan Ning. She was proactive and enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to resolve a small issue. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the waterfront, and the scenery along the banks is beautiful and very relaxing.

Every time I come to Xiamen, I stay here. The experience is great, and the service is good too! The breakfast is also very rich and delicious!

The hotel offers fantastic sea views and excellent facilities. The staff are very professional. I brought my own tea set, but to my surprise, the room already had one with a tea tray. Plus, our butler, Cathy, was incredibly thoughtful, warm, and meticulous. Highly recommend!

A five-star hotel can be remote or old, but its service shouldn't be compromised. My relatives and I came to Xiamen, and they highly recommended this hotel as they had stayed here before. Indeed, the service attitude was excellent, living up to its five-star standard. The hotel food was delicious, and there's a supermarket downstairs with affordable food and drinks, which is very convenient. The only downside is that sometimes it's hard to get a taxi, which can be frustrating! Plus, there's a large, lovely park right next to it.
