Xiamen SkyFun·Tianyue High-Altitude Sea View Store (Zhongshan Road Ferry Terminal Store)

My stay at this hotel in Xiamen far exceeded my expectations. The sea view from the window was fantastic, and the location was super convenient, close to Zhongshan Road, Ba Shi, and the beach. When I checked in, I noticed a small sign at the front desk that read, 'We are not afraid of solving problems; we are only afraid of not having the opportunity to make up for your regrets.' At first, I thought it was just a slogan, but my actual experience proved otherwise. During my stay, whenever I encountered an issue, I just contacted the front desk staff, and they responded quickly and were always there to help. They handled problems efficiently and decisively, without any excuses or perfunctory responses, and quickly resolved everything for us. It's rare to find a hotel that excels in facilities, service, environment, and hygiene, especially when traveling. While hardware isn't the only factor, their facilities were also very comfortable. The duplex structure had separate spaces for the stairs, and the gym offered panoramic city views of Xiamen. They also had a laundry room.

The room has a fantastic view overlooking Gulangyu Island, and the environment is very clean and well-maintained! Most importantly, the service during check-in was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They even registered our car plate in advance, and the staff member was truly dedicated. I felt very comfortable! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and the hand-drawn local guide was a charming touch. The hotel's location, views, and scenery were all excellent. It was clean, and the soundproofing was so good that I wasn't disturbed at all. The gym facilities were also great, and the room views were fantastic. Overall, everything from the facilities and environment to the service and cleanliness was top-notch.

The views are amazing! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and they promptly changed the sheets when requested. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly; she even wrote a handwritten travel guide for us and gave us mosquito repellent stickers for our outings. Before we left, she gave us a parting gift – I could cry! I'm ready to marry this front desk lady, seriously, everyone needs to book a room here!

The hotel is very close to the scenic area. The facilities are great, and the service is super friendly. We had a very comfortable stay!
