Especially the ladies at the front desk – they were super nice! From their smiling greetings during check-in to patiently answering all my questions and offering thoughtful travel tips, every detail made me feel so welcome. This kind of genuine service is more impressive than any luxurious decor. Thumbs up to these professional and kind ladies! The breakfast buffet was also incredibly diverse, offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, along with local Xiamen specialties, providing a great start to the day. Overall, this is a hotel that combines quality with warmth. It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Xiamen! The hotel is across from residential buildings and not far from the airport. It's convenient to go to Xiamen SM Plaza for food and Walmart for shopping, with the bus costing just 1 yuan. It's the first time I haven't received a room upgrade for my birthday, despite having stayed at dozens of Hampton by Hilton hotels. Breakfast was also incredibly basic, with only drip coffee available.

Service: Warm and thoughtful 👍 I accidentally left my phone charger in the room when checking out. After realizing it was missing, I contacted the hotel hoping for the best. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they quickly verified and located my lost item. What touched me even more was their proactive and prompt arrangement to have it couriered back to me. This kind of service, where they prioritize the guest's needs and show such dedication, really warmed my heart. Although a charger is a small thing, the professionalism and sincerity demonstrated by your hotel staff have significantly boosted my impression of the Hampton by Hilton brand. The front desk service was excellent. They provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes upon check-in, and a toy upon check-out, which made my child very happy. The room was quiet with a good environment. It's conveniently located, very close to attractions. The service was superb!

The hotel's location is in a quiet area, with a small night market and some restaurants nearby. Food delivery is convenient, with robots bringing orders right to your door. The staff are quite friendly, and the breakfast buffet is decent. Overall, it's a good stay, especially since I stayed for two nights.

This is a genuine review. The laundry room floor was covered in water and the washing machines were incredibly dirty. The breakfast selection was extremely limited; they didn't even have basic fried rice. Breakfast ended at 10 AM, but by 9 AM, most dishes were empty and not refilled. The corn was dried out, yet they still served it to guests. After 9 AM, the glutinous rice shumai still wasn't steamed and required waiting. When the steamed buns ran out, they brought out frozen ones to steam on the spot. Other guests nearby were upset because their requests for tofu in their noodle soup were ignored for a long time. The two ladies at the noodle station were complaining about each other, which was even more infuriating. What's worse, I got food poisoning from breakfast at this Hilton, a national chain, and had to rush to find a restroom at the port. We've been staying at Hilton Garden Inns all the way south, and yours is by far the worst.

This hotel is only a three or four-line subway ride from Jimei University Town, and just over ten minutes to the airport. It's perfect for your last night before leaving Xiamen. I was very satisfied with the hotel; the mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so I slept well. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We booked a family room, and the room decor was very charming.

The bedding was soft and clean, offering a sleep experience comparable to a five-star hotel. The desk area was well-designed with plenty of power outlets, making it comfortable even for working late on reports. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with great water pressure and quick hot water—so therapeutic after a long day. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and check-in was super efficient. Seeing my luggage, they even proactively asked if I needed help. When I urgently needed to print documents at night, the front desk immediately assisted. This 'always-on' service mentality is truly commendable! I was also surprised by how extensive the breakfast was for a budget hotel! They offered both Chinese and Western options, with fresh hot dishes, pastries, and fruits. A pretty standard Hampton by Hilton, nothing really stood out except maybe the warm service. The soundproofing is genuinely bad 😓😓 I could still hear people being loud outside late at night. And for breakfast, can they please ban people from wearing hotel slippers? I almost tripped twice because of them. Plus, some of the older guests were just incredibly loud!
