Huge thanks to our butler Annie for her thoughtful service! She gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities during check-in, and even proactively asked if we'd received our deposit back upon check-out. We were here for a concert, and the hotel's shuttle service was a lifesaver, making our travel so much easier and saving us a lot of time. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. Came here for the Silence Wang concert! This place is super convenient, just one subway stop from the stadium. Plus, the hotel offers a free shuttle which is really helpful. This saved me the awkwardness of battling crowds for a taxi after the concert. The hotel is a bit older, but the facilities are well-maintained, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable.
