Although the hotel has been open for a while, its location is excellent. The butler contacted us in advance before check-in, kindly reminding us about check-in procedures and providing information about the surrounding area. This time, Sienna, our butler, provided excellent service – she was responsive and attentive. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay!

I chose to stay here because I was really looking forward to seeing Gulangyu Island, and it truly met my expectations. When the weather was clear, whether I woke up in the morning or went to bed at night, the view outside the window was postcard-perfect. You can even spot the hotel from Sunlight Rock on the island, haha. It's a short walk to Zhongshan Road, and downstairs is the famous Starbucks from back in the day. Getting around by taxi is also convenient. The room was great, but the only **flaw** was that the smart toilet in the bathroom wouldn't flush, which disappointed my child a bit. Everything else was perfect! The breakfast selection was a bit small, but the taste was good.

Awesome location, beautiful view over the harbour & island and all amenities were excellent. Staff were wonderful and English was fine, which was a great help. Roy was very polite and helpful checking out too. If we come to Xiamen again, this is where we’ll stay for sure!
