Hotel Nikko Xiamen Reviews

Hotel Nikko is right next to Xiamen International Exhibition centre. The room is clean and spacious. All staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast on 26th floor which is opened for guests stayed on executive floors, nice view but i was told the choice of food is not as much as the restaurant on 5th floor.

Clean room, very friendly staff, and only 5 mins walk to exhibition center. Excellent location.

Great location! First time in Xiamen for busienss trip, just 7-8 mins walk to the exhibition hall. 5-stars service! I was received by Mrs. Mao and Ms. Eddy Yang who showed me their warm hospitality, made my stay at Nikko Xiamen unforgetable! Breakfast was ok, mainly Chinese style....

Pros: - We had some problems, however, the manager was very proactive in rectifying the issues and demonstrated great leadership skills in mentioning the need for staff training and overall was excellent - Good value and nice sea view from lounge - Andy was very helpful, proactive, spoke perfect English and provided exemplary customer service. It’s service like his that make a holiday away great. - The mature woman on the front door was prompt, courteous and very professional - Very clean room - Great service from the executive lounge staff and nice selection of food - Good gym - Executive lounge dinner is very nice and the breakfast is delicious! Let downs: - Check-in was unnecessarily burdensome - so we checked out the next day and the manager organised a better room rate at the Marriott (DO NOT go to the Marriott, it is horrible - instead we went to Kempinski - we highly recommend Kempinski or Nikko!) - There was no welcome fruit when we first arrived - Lower level room views will have obscured views (we were on the 20th) FYI: - If you book an executive room make sure that they take you go to the VIP room to be checked in, not the front desk. There is a marked difference between the two services!! Plus you paid for it and they have good snacks and drinks! - It helps if you speak some Chinese as most of the staff do not, or at least try to - you’ll notice the difference in service attitude

When traveling with children, Japan Airlines has always been a strong backing! Whether in Japan or in China, the service is first-class and impeccable! There is no need for too many words to comment, just want to say that next time there is a chance, I will definitely come again!

I took my kids to Xiamen on May Day. I stayed at the Nikko Hotel on the recommendation of a friend. The hotel environment is very good, very quiet, close to the beach, the facilities are very new, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the afternoon tea is very nice, and the details are perfect. The young lady Yoko who received and checked in this time was warm and thoughtful in her service, and she took all aspects into consideration. The children were also very happy. Our whole family had a great stay experience~

We booked the Xiamen Nikko Hotel for a May Day trip. Anita contacted us the day before check-in and arranged the room according to our preferences. We are especially grateful. The hotel is very close to the beach, garden-style, with complete surrounding facilities and convenient transportation. The airport is a 30-minute drive away. The hotel is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay.

The hotel is very comfortable. The parent-child room has a slide and swing, and you can see the sea, which is very beautiful. Breakfast is in the executive lounge, and the sea view is also very good. Xiao Jiang is very enthusiastic. Because the flight was delayed and we needed to extend the room, Xiao Jiang helped us to extend the room for a few hours for free, which was much more convenient. Before leaving, we were also given homemade biscuits from the hotel. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the experience is very good. In addition, it is close to the sea, and there are not so many people on the beach. It takes more than ten minutes to walk. It is far away from the crowded crowds in the city center during holidays, which is very friendly for people with children. Recommended for people with children👍

I chose to stay at the Nikko Hotel Xiamen for the May Day trip.
