Excellent hotel in a great location 👍👍👍. I went there for the Xiamen marathon, and it was super convenient, just a few hundred metres from the start point, and close to the beach. Ginger tea and snacks in the lobby after the race were great too. I accidentally left a necklace in the room and Yoko from the hotel sent it to me by explaining press delivery free of charge. Will definitely come back next year!

Hotel Nikko is right next to Xiamen International Exhibition centre. The room is clean and spacious. All staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast on 26th floor which is opened for guests stayed on executive floors, nice view but i was told the choice of food is not as much as the restaurant on 5th floor.

Clean room, very friendly staff, and only 5 mins walk to exhibition center. Excellent location.

Living on the executive floor is not much more expensive than the ordinary floor, but you can have breakfast in the executive lounge. The value of the ingredients is upgraded and there are relatively few people. It is very comfortable and delicious👍 The executive floor also has a happy hour from 17:30 to 19:30. We came in the off-season to have a set menu at Benkei Japanese Restaurant, Japanese sake and plum wine, and unlimited soft drinks. It is really a happy hour😄, sake and plum wine It has the aroma of rice wine, and it tastes like high-end quality. It’s amazing. The plum wine is not sweet. Before this, I really thought that plum wine was all sweet🤣. I came here to eat it for many days, but later I felt embarrassed because it was so cost-effective! You can enjoy coffee, snacks and pastries in the VIP room on the first floor almost all day long, and the drinks in the room refrigerator will be replenished for free! I told Xiao Yang that when we come to Xiamen, we can’t even eat the delicious food introduced by our friends because we are all fed by your restaurant🤣

1. The air conditioner in the hotel was broken. I found it when I woke up the next day. It was cold all morning. The hotel replied that they didn't tell them at the time (meaning they didn't admit it afterwards). 2. The hotel facilities are very old. The TV definition is still at the level of 20 years ago. The free mineral water is the cheapest ice dew. The TV cabinet and table curtains are worn out. This standard is at most a county hotel. It is definitely not a five-star hotel. 3. The most unacceptable point. Takeaways are not allowed in, and they are placed outside the hotel in a place that looks like a dog food trough. It is absolutely insulting! They also call it preventing takeaways from being soaked by rainwater. It rains and guests go out to get takeaways. When they come back, their disposable slippers are soaked! ! Japanese companies don't pay attention to details in their services? ? 4. The breakfast is very unpalatable, very unpalatable (this is only for the taste of northerners). In short, from facilities to services, the hotel is completely unworthy of five stars, let alone a room fee of more than one thousand. I will never consider any hotel of this brand again.
