The room was quite spacious, and the service was exceptionally thoughtful. We went down to the front desk to ask for water, and initially, they didn't have any on hand. The front desk staff member was incredibly kind and even gave us her personal bottle of water. Just a few minutes later, another staff member brought fresh water directly to our room. We were very touched by their service!

The good points were the convenient location and the available parking. However, the soundproofing was really poor; it was incredibly noisy. It felt like there was no sound insulation at all, because closing the windows made no difference – it was as if they were still open and completely ineffective.

I was immediately drawn in by the lovely fragrance in the hotel lobby. The young lady with glasses at the front desk had such a warm and welcoming smile. She even noticed I had my child with me and thoughtfully offered us a complimentary yogurt and fruit. The room itself was spotlessly clean. However, the highlight for me was definitely the hotel's toiletries – the shampoo and shower gel smelled absolutely divine! I really adored them.

The room, with a double and a single bed, comfortably accommodated our family of four (two adults and two children). The complimentary toiletries provided were also good. We especially appreciated the clothes drying area on the rooftop, which was a huge plus for those of us on multi-day trips. Parking was also convenient.

I had initially requested a quiet room away from the elevator, but upon arrival, my room turned out to be right outside the elevator door. Thankfully, it wasn't overly noisy, so I just accepted it. However, it was a bit *too* efficient; I was dining alone, and when I went to get more food halfway through my meal, my plate was cleared before I returned. 😢 The facilities felt a bit dated, probably a result of the hotel having been open for a while. The location isn't very convenient for public transport; it's quite a walk to the nearest metro and BRT stations. Getting around Xiamen from here mostly requires taxis or a lot of walking.

Overall, my stay was excellent! The hotel boasts a fantastic location, being very close to Gulangyu Island and Zhongshan Road. I particularly enjoyed the balcony room, which had abundant natural light – perfect for drying small laundry items like underwear and socks by the next day. It’s definitely a great option for both business and leisure travelers!

An absolutely wonderful stay! I booked this hotel for my aunts and the children. Upon our morning arrival, the staff kindly upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early, which was incredibly convenient for dropping off our bags. They even noticed there were two kids and provided children's toothbrushes and disposable slippers, a very thoughtful touch!
