More Fun Hotel

The stay was pretty good, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. However, the hotel's location is indeed a bit off the beaten path, tucked away on a small road, which makes navigation tricky and easy to get lost. It's not far from Longtou Road, but getting to Sunlight Rock and Bagua Tower requires a bit of a walk, and it's not a short one. Plus, the island's shuttle buses don't allow mid-route stops, so be prepared for a lot of walking.

Stepping into Mofan Hotel, I was immediately drawn in by its unique ambiance. The lobby was exquisitely decorated yet felt incredibly welcoming. The staff greeted me warmly, processed my check-in quickly and professionally, and even thoughtfully directed me to my room. Upon entering the room, I found it spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on clouds, ensuring a wonderful night's rest. The room amenities were comprehensive, with smart devices that were easy to use, showing attention to quality in every detail. Moreover, the hotel's service was top-notch. The staff were always smiling and eager to assist, making me feel at home even when I was far away. From the environment to the service, from the facilities to the dining, Mofan Hotel is truly faultless. It's not just a place to stay; it's a warm haven for a wonderful journey. I genuinely recommend it to every traveler – I'm sure you'll fall in love with it too!

As a Chinese saying goes, 'Chinese people don't deceive Chinese people,' and this hotel is truly a steal! I've stayed in quite a few hotels located within scenic areas, but this is the only one where I felt the value for money was exceptional and the service was superb. First and foremost, a good night's sleep is crucial when traveling. The mattress here is very soft, and each bed comes with both a latex pillow and a buckwheat pillow, making for a very comfortable sleep. The environment is also very quiet. The hygiene is excellent, and it's worth mentioning that the hotel provides Laifen hairdryers – just like my own, they're really good. Unlike other hotels where the exterior looks nice but the hairdryer is terrible. The toiletries are also quite stylish. The environment is as shown in the pictures; the night view is absolutely stunning, and I took many photos. It's beautiful! I sat outside the hotel for a long, long time that evening. During the day, you can hear birds chirping too. Oh! And getting around is very convenient! It's close to the snack street and the Piano Wharf. I also tried the food recommendations from the hotel staff, which were affordable, delicious, and didn't disappoint – definitely go try them! Finally, the service. It rained the day we left, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us two umbrellas and even asking if we wanted a bottle of water for the road. I was moved beyond words! It's truly excellent. The breakfast was also good, and the fried noodles were outstanding! The service attitude is really top-notch!!!!!!! To sum it up, this hotel on Gulangyu is absolutely worth staying at!!!

I was very satisfied with the hotel's service. They even replied quickly to a message I sent at 2 AM with a question. It's very clean, the staff are super friendly, and there's free breakfast. The room design is also really nice, and it comes with a courtyard with comfy chairs for relaxing. It's also great for photos! Hope to see you again. I was really looking forward to this castle hotel, and it completely lived up to my expectations after checking in – perfect for photos! The staff at check-in were incredibly warm and enthusiastic, and they patiently recommended some touring routes for us. The room was cozy and stylish, with soft, comfortable bedding. Outside the window, there was a beautiful garden with lush greenery. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was just delightful. The exterior and facilities looked historic but definitely not old-fashioned. There was plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning worked great, even the toiletries were good quality. The hotel is located in a quiet alley, converted from an old German castle, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff were attentive throughout our stay, always responding promptly to any requests. They weren't intrusive, yet made sure we felt well taken care of. This stay was truly fantastic. It's perfect for a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or even a solo retreat. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
