Would be better if the halls and lobby are well ventilated so that the odour from the restaurant , waste area and hallways can be reduced. Air fresheners would be helpful.

Guess what you paid is what you get. Location acceptable with eateries and shipping nearby. Train station is within walking distance. However, hotel is no frill. Service is limited. Hotel and floor lobbies filled with cigarette smoke. Otherwise, rooms are decently clean.

There is only 1 elevator. At the time I was checking out early in the morning, there was a power outage. I had to carry my baggage down at the stairs. I saw other guests also carrying their baggages down the stairs. There was no one to assist us.

The location of the hotel is really good. You can take bus No. 6 from Wutong Wharf and go directly to the hotel exit. There are subways and BRT nearby, which are very convenient to various attractions. I stayed there for three days and happened to meet a group tourist. The restaurant was full in the morning, so I waited until the group tourist left before I went to eat. The food was replenished quickly. Also because of the group tourist, I couldn't upgrade to a room with a window. But next time I come to Xiamen via the mini-three links, I will still choose this hotel!
