We will immediately and thoroughly inspect the ventilation and dehumidification system of the room and will inspect all guest rooms to strengthen the ventilation, dehumidification and cleaning and disinfection processes to ensure that the air is fresh and odor-free. About the problems of internal facilities in the room (paint drop, cracked bedding, dust accumulation, air conditioning noise): You mentioned the bathroom faucet, partition door paint drop, cracked bedding, dusty sound system and air conditioning switch noise, etc., make us feel very sweaty. This clearly exposed our serious omissions in daily facility maintenance, cleaning details and enforcement of guest room inspection standards. This should never appear in rooms provided to guests. We have ordered the housekeeping department and engineering department to conduct a thorough inspection: immediately replace all bedding that exists. Comprehensive inspection and repair of all facilities with peeling paint, damage. Strengthen cleaning standards, paying special attention to corners and items that are prone to dust accumulation (such as audio). Arrange for an engineer to inspect the air conditioner switch noise problem. We will strengthen employee training, improve attention to facility maintenance and cleaning details, strictly enforce inspection processes, and eliminate such problems that affect the basic comfort of guests. Your room has a 3-meter-wide glass door that opens directly onto the atrium. If you experience any odors next time, please contact the front desk or change rooms. 3. Warning signs have been installed on the balcony fence regarding safety hazards. As mentioned earlier, there are only two rooms on your floor. If you notice someone accessing your balcony, please contact the front desk for assistance. Your room's glass door also has curtains and a lock, so you can lock it when you're not using it.
