Very satisfied. The room is clean and comfortable. It's very convenient to travel everywhere. The staff is very efficient. Laundry service is very good and convenient. Breakfast is very delicious and value for money. Highly recommended.

Everything was great – super convenient transportation with taxis readily available right outside. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the customer service was very thoughtful. Even though the hotel is in a bustling area, it gets quite quiet after 10 PM. It's worth noting that the hotel is located inside a shopping mall, so all rooms have interior-facing windows.
