The environment is good, right on Zhongshan Road, making it easy to get around by public transport.

I originally booked for three nights. The first night, my room faced the street and was incredibly noisy, with garbage trucks coming very early. Even with the windows tightly shut, it made no difference. I requested a room change, and the new room was next to the equipment room. The noise was okay during the day, but at night it was unbearable, lasting the entire night! I decisively canceled the third night. After the first night, I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. The front desk manager (who I assume was the supervisor to the front desk staff) initially tried to convince me to just try sleeping there for another night. I wondered how I was supposed to 'try.' I told him I had a child, and it was impossible, only then did they agree to change rooms. And regarding cleanliness, the floor by the small table in the first room was black and sticky. The restaurant floor was also sticky to walk on, and there was mold around the sink. I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is right by Zhongshan Road, and getting a taxi is convenient. My only complaint is that the room I stayed in had a really loud running water sound in the middle of the night, it felt like it was constantly flowing.

The location is excellent, right on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, making it convenient for evening strolls and dining. However, booking the kids' room was a mistake. The 'children's playground' outside the window is actually a section of the corridor, facing an internal courtyard, not the building's exterior. This means poor air circulation. Also, the breakfast area on the first floor of the inner courtyard is very noisy in the mornings, and the soundproofing is bad, so it's not suitable if you want to sleep in.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room's window, as it only opened onto the lobby. While this meant it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, I was concerned about the air quality. Overall, though, the environment was good. The front desk staff were quite warm and attentive, which I appreciated.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, it's super convenient for getting around. The service was excellent too, making us feel right at home 👍. The price was reasonable, making it truly great value for money! Keep up the good work!
