Reception staff Abby Wu and Richard Nian were very friendly, helpful, and provided top-notch service with a smile. Ms Abby Wu even “upgraded” our booking to that with breakfast for 5 instead of for 3 and for that, we are grateful. The level of service provided really stood out and left a very good first impression. The concierge was also super helpful assisting with our luggage bags and readily provided us with detailed directions to the places that we wanted to visit . Great Location, next to the metro station (Lindou station) Entrance 3 and right opposite the hotel is the Bao Lung ONE Mall where there are plenty of eateries and restaurants as well as fast food stores. The 3-bedroom deluxe room that we booked was awesome, spacious, well-appointed with comfy beds and clean pillows, kitchenette with pots, plates, utensils and cutlery as well as microwave oven and there’s even a washer and dryer provided (did not have the chance to use as we only stayed for one night). Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Somerset Software Park Xiamen and we highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday in Xiamen.

Hotel was near train station and there is a neighbourhood mall which was very convenient with many restaurants and shops. Room was clean and neat.

Location of the hotel is next to the metro line, there is a shopping mall across the street with many restaurants. We selected this hotel because it has a washing machine and kitchenette in the room. Bereakfast choice is limited.

Amazing !!spar thanks to Cherry who was our housekeeper went beyond her normal duties to make sure we were comfortable. McQueen from reception and Andy were helpful. Definitely worth .The mall one is just a few minutes away there's golden olives and can enjoy a really good meal.

Great location with mall over the road which has a delicious Greek restaurant called Golden Olives. Breakfast was not very good, omelettes were OK but not much choice of rest. Small Play area across from restaurant which the children enjoyed Apartment was nice and spacious, beds were a little harder than we are used to

The hotel facilities are not old, the washing and drying machines are very useful, and the service attitude is also good. The breakfast is ordinary, maybe my taste is heavier. This time I also borrowed a quilt, a wheelchair, and an umbrella, thank you. One thing is that the fixed seat of the bathroom shower is loose, and the shower falls down when it is put on. This is the case in both bathrooms. Please check whether it is a common problem.

The apartment is in a great location with convenient transportation. There are subways, buses and Baolong Yicheng shopping district within 100 meters. The room is large and well-equipped. It is very convenient for family travel and cost-effective. Ms. Ebony enthusiastically answered our needs and provided assistance. The front desk receptionists Xiao Liu and Anian provided thoughtful and professional service. It was a very pleasant stay.
