C&D Hotel,Xiamen Xiang'an Reviews

The room was spacious, and I liked the shelf in the bathroom. After I switched to room 2110, it was very quiet. However, in the middle of the night, I heard a private car alarm go off and worried it was mine, so I had to go outside to check. Although my car was fine, my sense of security decreased. The hotel is in an industrial park, so there aren't many guests. The breakfast was very lavish; it felt like they had everything. I just wondered how I could possibly eat all of it and if it would be too wasteful. The hotel having self-service washing machines was a nice touch.

The E Z H Hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned brand; the service is simply outstanding. I booked the room for a friend, and it even came with a tea set. We spent a lovely afternoon brewing tea, and when we needed more water, they promptly brought it to us – very generous! The ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming; they greeted me every time I passed by and even took the initiative to register my car plate. My friend was very pleased as well. Upon check-in, we were offered tea, with both hot and cold options, and it tasted great. Check-out was smooth and quick, and parking was free. I also tried the breakfast, and it was delicious! While waiting for my friend to catch some sleep in the car during lunchtime, the front desk even provided me with an eye mask – completely unexpected and a pleasant surprise! The service just keeps getting better, and the environment is lovely too. This particular lady provided excellent service!

You gave me a good room to relax on a hard business trip, and you received my package well. Thanks a lot.

The room was clean, and I got a suite upgrade at check-in. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept wonderfully. Breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The room wasn't huge, but it was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

This is probably going to be my favorite hotel in the area, even though in a secluded area and outside of the city, it’s very quiet. Well kept in the restaurant is amazing. Staff are very friendly and attentive and they have some really cool stores on site. Check out the gold store when you get there. I stayed in this hotel over the ***** new year and the firework displays were amazing.

Location is far away from the central area. There is a small township linked by a underpass about 10min walk away. No swimming pool

I've stayed here multiple times and I'm always very satisfied. The front desk service is great, parking is convenient, and the security staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is rich and varied. It's my go-to hotel for business trips. The room facilities are also excellent.

Good hotel, I stay there because near to industrial area for some business stuff

Good for this trip.

The hotel was great! The room size is huge. Clean and tidy. Big thanks to Summer from the reception for the willingness to support.

Okay. Good

The staff were kind and nice. The cleanliness of the hotel bed was also excellent. I want to stay again next time.
