service was average, counter staff not that friendly. room satisfactory

The initial room since was at the next building, can to walk over, and on 1st floor, my family complaint and next day move to 3rd floor, which ok and better. The toilet floor, bathroom leak out the water to outside, after complaint and wipe the floor, is no more but cannot 沖凉了。

I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room was filled with a strong smell of smoke. I reported this to the front desk and requested a room change (it was evident from the TV screen that other business rooms were available). However, the officer claimed all rooms were fully booked—leaving me speechless. To make matters worse, the officer explained that while the room is designated as non-smoking, the hotel cannot control if guests smoke inside. What kind of response is that? Shouldn't the hotel enforce a policy, such as penalizing guests who smoke in non-smoking rooms, to maintain the quality of their accommodations?

A very strategic location which is near to various attractions and within walking distance. At the same time, the surrounding is quiet and serene. I hope that the hotel can modify their listing though as....there wasn't any mountain view for this hotel. There are various eatery nearby with wide range of selection.

Nice guard. But the reception quite rude as compared to all other hotels ive stayed in throughout my trip. Breakfast is the same everyday.

Really great stay, staff are very helpful. You do need to speak Chinese though.

My parents were very satisfied with the hotel after staying there for several days. The service was great. They put customer needs first and tried their best to meet them. The room was upgraded and they also gave us snacks. It was very cost-effective. I will book here again next time.

The room was the same as everyone commented. Most of the breakfast was cold except for porridge and food cooked on site. The location and free parking were good. The staff had a good service attitude, especially the front desk lady Lin Lingzhen, who was very enthusiastic, responsible, and kind, which left a deep impression on me. When I checked out, I was given a box of souvenirs, thank you very much!

You must consider this hotel when you come to Xiamen 1. High-quality service: Both the cleaning lady and the front desk staff are very friendly. Paradise for foodies: The breakfast is too rich. According to the investigation, its breakfast is well-known throughout the Siming District, and it is indeed well-deserved. The picture only shows 1/3. Western food is not taken. For Chinese food, you can also cook noodles and small wontons for you, which should not be missed. (If you are lucky, you will receive a small surprise from the front desk lady) 3. A fully equipped room: When you enter the door, it will automatically play music for you, turn on the TV (this is really considerate for people who don’t know how to use the remote control), dry and wet separation, large windows, and a small refrigerator... At this price, this configuration, what else do you want? 4. Convenient location: It is close to everywhere, and is closest to the Overseas Chinese Museum, just around the corner. It is worth a visit, and is no worse than the Municipal Museum. That’s all. This hotel is worthy of the name. Sincerely recommend.

The hotel room is very comfortable, the space is very large, there is no noise, the toilet is separated into dry and wet areas and there is no odor. The location is easy to find, just along the street, close to surrounding attractions and Xiamen University, and the sanitation is also very clean.
