Response from Property: Dear Madam, we are sorry that we did not satisfy you. We asked you if you needed help with the luggage that day and you said no, because the B&B is a renovated old house and there is no elevator. We arrange people to clean and tidy up the sofa every day, but some stubborn stains cannot be cleaned and we will think of a better way to deal with them later. The toilet is cleaned and scrubbed by an auntie every day. We are sorry that we did not bring you a good stay experience.
