Atour Hotel Xiamen Zhongshan Road Jiangjunci Metro Station

Traveling with kids during the long holiday, we chose Atour Hotel for its excellent service quality, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was cleaned promptly, and the breakfast selection was abundant. The location is fantastic, with direct bus access to famous attractions like the Botanical Garden and Xiamen University.

For this trip to Fujian, I spent quite a while choosing the Atour Hotel Xiamen Jiangjunci. Traveling with a child, the overall experience – considering transportation, comfort, and price – was very satisfactory. On the first floor, there's a small area where you can practice calligraphy, which gives the hotel a nice cultural ambiance. My child loved going there to tinker around whenever they had free time. Since we checked in during the National Day holiday, the front desk even gave us festive stickers and lollipops, which the kids absolutely adored. After exploring Gulangyu Island, my feet were really aching. Thankfully, I was able to get a foot bath tub from the Atour Pouch at the hotel. Soaking my feet at night relieved a lot of the fatigue, making for a really great stay.

The service and overall experience were great! Thumbs up. I've already recommended it to a friend, who also booked this hotel and praised the abundant breakfast. I'll definitely come back to Xiamen when the weather cools down!

Breakfast was delicious, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties, all tasting great. The location is also convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended whether you're traveling for leisure or a short business trip.

I arrived at the hotel to check in around 3 PM, but the staff informed me that my room wasn't ready yet and needed to be cleaned. I had to wait for quite a while. I can understand if it were 12 PM or 1 PM and the room wasn't clean, but at nearly 3 PM, it's a bit disappointing. Perhaps it's because it's a tourist area. After checking in, I noticed the pillows weren't as comfortable as in other Atour hotels. The next day, I wanted to extend my stay and tried calling the front desk, but they mentioned the Ctrip number wasn't connecting well. I then used the landline and found the phone to be quite dirty. Later, a staff member came to sincerely apologize for a long time, so the service was still okay overall.

When traveling, Atour is always my top choice, and my kids absolutely love staying there. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the laundry facilities are super convenient and reassuring. This particular Atour is right next to the subway, making it easy to get anywhere!
