This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

During the honey snow trip, I chose the Hilton Xiamen City Plaza as my foothold. Here, I deeply feel the thoughtful service and thoughtful arrangement of the receptionist, which makes me full of gratitude and praise for this hotel. First of all, I want to praise the little lady at the front desk of the hotel. She is not only smiling, enthusiastic and thoughtful, but also shows meticulous care in details. Whether in check-in or answering my various questions, she has shown a high sense of professionalism and responsibility. This sincere service makes me feel warm, as if I were at home. Secondly, I was also impressed by the overall service of the hotel. From the cleanliness and brightness of the lobby to the comfort and warmth of the room, every link shows Hilton's high-quality standards. The enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff made me feel the warmth of home. Whether at breakfast time or when you go back to your room at night, you can see their busy figures and provide guests with meticulous services. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is located in the Huli Torch High-tech Development Zone in Xiamen City. It is very convenient to go to Xiamen Railway Station or Xiamen North Railway Station. And there are many well-known enterprises and scenic spots around, which provide great convenience for business travelers and tourists. Everything about my stay at the hotel was great. I had a late arrival, so its proximity to airport was the main reason i choose it. I walked to the hotel +- 500meter and arrived there at midnight. Reception was still available, although they had a selfcheckin service (my backup plan in case my flight got delayed). I got my key within minutes (thank you) and was greeted by a big spacious clean comfortable Mondriaan themed room. Shower was great, bed was super. Although close to airport, not a sound. I had to leave early so i couldb try breakfast. Checkout was done by Carl. Very polite professional young man who not only did the checkout, but also was helpfull in explaining the best way to get to the trainstation. He even arranged a taxi, and stayed with me until it arrived to tell the driver were to bring me. During the few minutes wait i was offered drink (iced tea) and a parting gift (box of almond pastries. My stay was short but very pleasant. The hotel is full of art pieces, a cute usher robot us driving around, staff is professional... i know where to stay. Thanks again Carl (pic just before checkout)

On the whole, it is still good. It's a good choice for transfer at airport. Because this hotel should be the one closest to Xiamen Gaoqi Airport. It's very good for a short rest. In addition, there will be shuttle buses to pick up and drop off guests from airport to hotel.

From entering the store to leaving the store, I booked a room for four nights and stayed in Room 1002. First, the room facilities are new and there is no odor. Second, the whole house is smart and voice commanded. Third, it is quiet and noiseless, which is very friendly to friends who have trouble sleeping. It is a perfect encounter. I chose Xia Shang Xinyu First Wharf Store. When I checked in, the front desk upgraded the elegant whole house Xiaodu whole house smart room. The software and hardware facilities are newly launched. The hotel has convenient transportation. There are Xiamen Bus Express Lines 1, 2, and 3 on the left and right of the door. You can quickly go to the airport, Xiamen North, and Xiamen Station without any obstacles. You can also connect with the subway line for transfer, which is really convenient. It is also convenient to go to Zhongshan Road and the First Wharf. The environment for drinking coffee and reading on the first floor of the hotel is good. Drinks and bottled drinking water in the lobby can be picked up by swiping the room card. The stadium opposite the hotel is the stadium in the movie Xihong City 🏟️. It is a very 👍 hotel and gave us an excellent stay experience.

Room was of a good size; good shower pressure. Location on Zhongshan Road with numerous shops and eateries around. Did not try the breakfasts.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! I got put in a B-Duck room and thought the decor was very cute, both in and out of the rooms (there's very chic lighting in the hall). Our rooms weren't ready when we came to check in, but the front desk was very apologetic and helpful, and everything was neat and clean when arranged. My room was spacious with plenty of amenities, and the hotel's right near the main shopping area so we had plenty to do when heading out. There's a big lobby downstairs with rentable portable chargers and refreshments, which is great for anyone not used to the heat. Only stayed for one night, but definitely would come back next time I'm in Xiamen!

This hotel is newly opened. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It is located near the pedestrian street, so it is very convenient for eating and drinking. Next time I will bring my parents here, I will still stay in this hotel. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and friendly, which is a plus. I like the simplicity and friendliness of the Fujianese.

Hard to find the entrance but it’s nice you know it’s inside a mall then all good. Close to the main tourist areas and everything is walking distance. The Siming area is wonderful fun and Xiamen is a brilliant city, it’s got tourist and historical hotspots , it values and shares its history and you can feel the population is optimistic. I recommend Lestie as a good low cost hotel and Zhongshan area as a place Worth your time.

I stayed in four hotels in Xiamen for a week, and this one was the most comfortable one. I am glad for my choice. Because I arrived at the hotel at 9 am, the room I booked was not cleaned yet. I am very grateful for the warm service of the front desk lady Xiao Liang. In order to let us check in early, she took the initiative to communicate with the store manager to upgrade the street-facing Loter room and also gave us breakfast. The hotel is warmly decorated, clean and hygienic, with a reasonable layout. The quality of all the hotel staff is very high, making people feel at home. The hotel has a superior geographical location, right on the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, quiet in the bustling city. Although it is on the street, it is not noisy at all. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Xiamen!
