第一次入住這家酒店，外觀看着挺氣派，但內部設入施讓人大失所望！
設施老舊：裝修和設備明顯過時，連十三樓的房間都很破舊，窗户上還有臟污，甚至發現一衹大螳螂！嚇得我們趕緊換房，但換的房間也不乾淨，牆角有污漬，地板還有不明斑點，完全達不到衞生標準。冰箱也是個擺設，根本不能用！家裡燈光昏暗.
服務敷衍：工作人員態度冷淡，對房間的問題處理不及時
餐飲糟糕：餐廳的自助餐飯菜味道差，品種少，性價比極低。
總之，這次入住體驗非常差，不會再來了！

雖然是老式星級賓館，但是條件仍很不錯，服務質量一流，早餐晚餐都很好，不用外出，停車場很大，自駕遊很方便，稍感多加床頭充電位和閲續燈，方便遊客，更加好，總之性價比超高。′

（圖我湊數的不用看了）從運城到小西天，中間停在了襄汾。本來預期是在順便去一下陶寺遺址博物館（24年初一歷史新教材重點內容）結果算錯時間（自駕時間太長，腦子不好使了）週一到達，陶寺閉館沒去成。
這個酒店離陶寺很近，是襄汾這個地區能找到的、相對規模較大的酒店。服務人員都非常的熱情，外賣也可以直接送到房間。房間非常大，還有浴缸。關鍵是停車場有慢充，樁數很多，最低的時候價格大概在六毛，高的也就是一塊，非常適合純電的車旅行到這裏住。早飯也還不錯。 不過相對來説年頭確實也比較老了，感覺是當年有點兒身份地位的人才能住的呢。哈哈。

設施很老舊，定了兩個房間，套房房間的浴缸沒有籠頭，是個擺設，玻璃門看起來搖搖欲墜。衞生條件一般。服務總體還可以，就是水質太差了。另一個房間雖然浴缸能用，但水出來開始是泥湯色，後面重新防水快一小時後，水依然如下圖。跟酒店反應此問題，回覆管道問題，感覺很理所應當。還好有攜程客服積極幫助。

設施依舊的端莊大氣。但是房間裏的味道需要清理一下。或者説看看可不可以入住前噴點空氣清新劑。煙味兒確實比較太大了。配套的設施之類的都沒有一點問題，早飯午飯晚飯都非常好。
