The live stream promotion was deceptive, and the front desk didn't even inform us how to get cheaper tickets! We discovered after entering the scenic area that the package ticket there was 178 RMB, while the live stream was selling it for 198 RMB! This applies whether you're staying overnight or just visiting. If you're an in-house guest, make sure to buy your tickets directly at the scenic spot; it's much cheaper!"

I could order food in the restaurant at 8:30 in the evening. None of the dishes I ordered were disappointing. Even the white fungus and snow pear soup tasted different. The snow pears were cut so finely that I could feel the chef's care. The chef's cooking skills were really great. It was the best meal I had along the way. The rose wine was also delicious. I recommend it."

The door lock of the double room on the 13th floor near the elevator exit was broken, and I couldn't get in no matter how I swiped my card. It was already 12 o'clock and I was waiting for the staff to help open the door. 3. I parked my car in the parking lot in the morning and couldn't get out. The parking lot was locked and parking was not allowed, but the hotel allowed guests to park in the parking lot. I waited for half an hour and called several times. Finally, the security guard came out. I couldn't find the person in charge of the parking lot either. It was really a waste of time!"
