It was a very pleasant stay experience. The location of the B&B is very good. The room is facing the sunrise and the large glass window allows me to lie down and watch the sunrise early in the morning. The public facilities of the B&B are also very good. There is an Internet celebrity photo spot with water and sky. The boss thoughtfully upgraded us to a suite with two floors, which is perfect for a family of three. GGuest UserWe stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. The hotel gave us a small gift, which was quite appropriate. The summer drinks were delicious and the kids liked them. The front desk even gave us an extra cup. The service was warm and friendly!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

The window is the bay view and the road. You can see the sea from a distance, which is very eye-catching. Air conditioning is very powerful. The shower room has a lot of space and the facilities are very new.
Hygienic: The cleaning is very clean, and the disposable items are replenished in time.
Environment: The location of the hotel is quiet. There is a living square next to it, it is very convenient to eat, there are some snack bars and milk tea shops, which solve the nightingale problem. There is a ground parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, with plenty of parking spaces and convenient parking. Not far from the hotel, there are Water World and Songlan Mountain Scenic Area East Beach, and the hotel location is still very good.

VvictorluoBefore checking in to this Crowne Plaza Seaview, I was actually a little confused: the recommendation rankings on several third-party travel platforms are all the first in Xiangshan, five-diamond hotels, but here is only Crowne Plaza; what's more, this hotel has been opened in 2016, is it really as good as the reviews say? However, after coming here, I found that I was worrying too much. The Crowne Plaza Xiangshan Seaview is indeed completely different from other brands of the same name: from design to decoration, and from catering to service, it is absolutely worthy of the title of a five-diamond hotel and the first in Xiangshan. The entire hotel consists of three buildings, each different according to the terrain: Among them, the Haitian Building is built on the mountain, and its fifth floor is connected to the thirteenth floor of the Haixin Building (according to the introduction, this corridor was added not long ago), which is the most spectacular and luxurious (executive building). The hotel is close to the mountains and the sea, with excellent scenery. It is also child-friendly and shows parent-child characteristics everywhere. During the two nights of this stay, I tried all three restaurants here: Chinese food, which is very local, is mainly based on fresh seafood and local characteristics, such as Shipu trough bone fish eggs and white crab, hairy bamboo shoots and mackerel, Xiangshan shrimp carved goose, Shipu seafood noodles, etc. are all very delicious; Western food mainly features a variety of seafood and children's favorite desserts (more than 20 kinds) and ice cream (Duburui). People who understand should understand the price of a Duburui ice cream ball, and then compare it with the single price of the buffet, the cost performance is not too high; the hand-brewed coffee in the lobby bar is particularly good. It is said that the brewing lady was specially dug from Starbucks, no wonder the coffee is so delicious. Finally, I want to say that the hotel's service is sincere, fair, professional, meticulous, warm and friendly. I would like to especially thank the hotel management and operation team for taking good care of me and my family during our stay. They include but are not limited to the following employees whose names I know: Food and Beverage Manager Arvin, Western Restaurant Manager Evenly, Employee Mary Feng (冯巧丹), Lobby Bar Supervisor Eva, Front Office Duty Manager Kritin, Yvan, Concierge Eilot, Front Office Xiao Luo, etc. Xiangshan Seaview Crowne Plaza is indeed an unusual and well-received luxury hotel!

It is convenient to drive to Songlanshan Beach or Asian Sailing Center, and you can save the daily shuttle bus ticket. According to the housekeeper's instructions, you can take the elevator from the underground parking lot directly to the floor where you live, enter the room according to the password, there is an air conditioner with an independent switch, and you can connect to Wi-Fi with the password. The room has a good view and is cheaper than the Sheraton next door, but I didn't expect that the weekend special room at more than 1,000 yuan per room has no balcony, the window doesn't open very wide, and there is no discount for staying two nights in a row. We were lucky enough to enjoy the sunrise and fireworks on the beach, but the effect was compromised because the window glass blocked the view. Those who mind this should be careful when choosing this room type. The beach shared with the Sheraton Hotel is a bit sloping, with a lot of seawater and sand, so you can't swim or have a barbecue, but you can pay to rent a big umbrella and a few chairs, listen to the sound of the waves, step in the water, and take a nap. The sea water turns yellow at noon and the sand is very hot. It is recommended not to walk on the sand barefoot. Little ones can choose to play in the paddling pool, but be careful of the mosaics being damaged in some places. You can bring some breakfast back from the supermarket when you go out to the scenic area or have a meal. There is a refrigerator in the room to cool milk and drinks.

As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very considerate and upgraded the originally booked room to a deluxe sea view room for free. Standing in the room, facing the sea, with a wide view and the sea breeze gently blowing through the window, the comfort was simply indescribable. The whole family was deeply moved by this surprise and was full of expectations for this stay.
When checking in, the hotel staff learned that we were with the elderly and children, and specially prepared sand digging tools for the baby for us. This small move really made our little baby very happy. He held the tools, his little face was filled with an excited smile, and he couldn't wait to run to the beach, as if this trip became more exciting because of his favorite little gift.
The hotel's breakfast also left a deep impression on us. Walking into the restaurant, the rich and diverse food was dazzling, which instantly increased people's appetite. From traditional Chinese breakfast to exquisite Western pastries, from fresh fruit platters to nutritious tonic soups, every food is carefully made, with good color, aroma and taste, satisfying the different taste needs of the family.
Here, I must especially thank an employee named Giana Yu. Before we checked in, Giana took the initiative to contact us and asked about our family situation in detail. After learning that there were elderly people and children, she gave us great care. She was warm and friendly, and patiently answered every question we had, making people feel like spring breeze. With her full attention, our family spent every day in the hotel very safe and comfortable.
It is the greatest wealth of the hotel to meet such caring employees. I believe that a hotel with such attentive service to employees will surely prosper in business and be more brilliant in the future.
