I was quite satisfied with my first stay, so I chose this hotel again for my second business trip.
But honestly, the onboarding experience wasn't as good as my first.
There was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, perhaps forgotten by the staff. Understandably, I contacted the front desk, and they thoughtfully sent a robot to bring it.
My main concern here is the hygiene. See the pictures for the cleanliness of the sink.
I had just put my bag away when I saw a piece of hair stuck in the door. I pulled it and realized, oh my god, it's so long.
It still kind of dampened my mood.
