GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe day before the trip, Xiao Zhong at the front desk received and explained enthusiastically and patiently. We booked a superior sea view room, and after arriving at the hotel, it was upgraded to a sea view suite. We also gave sand digging toys and tickets for the 131 Nanjing Ship. The kids loved it! If there were any questions during the stay, someone would respond and answer them at any time! The facilities are complete, there are places suitable for children to play indoors and outdoors, the hygiene is very clean, the environment is comfortable and the view is spacious. It's so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sea and eat! The most important thing is that the beach is downstairs from the hotel! You can go back and wash up after playing! No cost for parents! And you can watch the sea while lying on the bed in the room hahahaha! Come again next time!

It is convenient to drive to Songlanshan Beach or Asian Sailing Center, and you can save the daily shuttle bus ticket. According to the housekeeper's instructions, you can take the elevator from the underground parking lot directly to the floor where you live, enter the room according to the password, there is an air conditioner with an independent switch, and you can connect to Wi-Fi with the password. The room has a good view and is cheaper than the Sheraton next door, but I didn't expect that the weekend special room at more than 1,000 yuan per room has no balcony, the window doesn't open very wide, and there is no discount for staying two nights in a row. We were lucky enough to enjoy the sunrise and fireworks on the beach, but the effect was compromised because the window glass blocked the view. Those who mind this should be careful when choosing this room type. The beach shared with the Sheraton Hotel is a bit sloping, with a lot of seawater and sand, so you can't swim or have a barbecue, but you can pay to rent a big umbrella and a few chairs, listen to the sound of the waves, step in the water, and take a nap. The sea water turns yellow at noon and the sand is very hot. It is recommended not to walk on the sand barefoot. Little ones can choose to play in the paddling pool, but be careful of the mosaics being damaged in some places. You can bring some breakfast back from the supermarket when you go out to the scenic area or have a meal. There is a refrigerator in the room to cool milk and drinks.

As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very considerate and upgraded the originally booked room to a deluxe sea view room for free. Standing in the room, facing the sea, with a wide view and the sea breeze gently blowing through the window, the comfort was simply indescribable. The whole family was deeply moved by this surprise and was full of expectations for this stay.
When checking in, the hotel staff learned that we were with the elderly and children, and specially prepared sand digging tools for the baby for us. This small move really made our little baby very happy. He held the tools, his little face was filled with an excited smile, and he couldn't wait to run to the beach, as if this trip became more exciting because of his favorite little gift.
The hotel's breakfast also left a deep impression on us. Walking into the restaurant, the rich and diverse food was dazzling, which instantly increased people's appetite. From traditional Chinese breakfast to exquisite Western pastries, from fresh fruit platters to nutritious tonic soups, every food is carefully made, with good color, aroma and taste, satisfying the different taste needs of the family.
Here, I must especially thank an employee named Giana Yu. Before we checked in, Giana took the initiative to contact us and asked about our family situation in detail. After learning that there were elderly people and children, she gave us great care. She was warm and friendly, and patiently answered every question we had, making people feel like spring breeze. With her full attention, our family spent every day in the hotel very safe and comfortable.
It is the greatest wealth of the hotel to meet such caring employees.
