The service team truly goes above and beyond — everyone was attentive and professional, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. A special thanks to Huang Rong, whose warmth, patience, and thoughtful attention to detail made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, class, and sincere hospitality. Even has KTV facilities downstairs 🙌🎉

Most beautiful hotel in Xiangtan , the restaurant is excellent and there are many small restaurants nearby , the service is excellent and the hotel rooms are very clean
