This is the best hotel service I have ever stayed in. When I arrived at the hotel, a waiter helped me push my suitcase to the front desk. The front desk staff prepared warm towels and tea with floral water. Another waiter helped me wipe the suitcase and asked me if I had any plans for the next day. After learning that I had plans for the next day, they took the initiative to contact a car and sent me there directly for service the next day. It was really considerate.

I am a regular customer of this hotel and will stay here again this time. The health condition and service quality are as good as ever. The room is the largest in the same price range and has a tea table by the window, suitable for entertaining guests. Located in Wanda Plaza, the central business district, the view from the guest room floor is excellent. This time I chose the 32nd floor. The restaurant is on the 26th floor. There are many types of food, but there is a fly in the ointment. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is not good. The temperature in Xiangtan at that time reached over 40°C. I was sweating profusely during the meal, which affected the experience. I hope it can be improved as soon as possible. In addition, parking fees are too expensive even with discounts. I went to the center to ask the conductor, she told me not to believe what was said outside, and take the shuttle bus for 20 yuan per person. The scenic spot is not very big, there is no need to live in the scenic spot. It is very convenient to go out to eat and go shopping after visiting the scenic spot. There is also a snack shop near the downstairs. On the cat, it is very cheap. My son is very happy to buy it.

GGuest UserI used to choose this hotel every time I went on a business trip to Xiangtan. The service is good and the facilities are complete. But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening. I called the front desk and insisted that it would be washed tomorrow. I told the cleaning lady Next, I helped readily without saying a word. The same goes for extending my stay. I asked to swipe the room card, but it turned out that I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I had to wait for the aunt to come and help open the door. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the boss was very enthusiastic to teach us travel guides and precautions. He also helped us book a discount ticket for the evening performance ”Most Memory of Lushanchong 〞, which is much cheaper than online.
