The hotel has a great location, situated in the southwest corner outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute taxi ride from Xiangyang East Railway Station, making it convenient to reach the ancient city, Gulongzhong, and Tang City. The hotel is designed in a Chinese garden style, with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the attached courtyard is unique. The rooms have a coffee machine with a variety of complimentary capsule coffees, which taste quite good. The breakfast was plentiful, including Xiangyang's specialty—brown sugar potstickers. The heated swimming pool was very clean, and there was also a sauna. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. Special praise goes to Ms. Shi Yixuan at the front desk; she even gave each of us a small gift upon check-out. Next time I visit Xiangyang, I will definitely choose to stay at the InterContinental Xiangyang again.
