The hotel is clean, the rooms are hygienic, and the location is very convenient. The customer service even gave me fruit on the first day. I originally ordered a double bed but later I asked for a double bed and it was upgraded. The lady at the front desk was also very polite and professional. I want to come back and stay again when I return to Xiangyang next time
