Service good. Fairly good choice of breakfast. clean environment. Fantastic front desk service, Next to Wanda Mall, convenient for shopping and dinning. Room amenities sufficient, room size large enough for two. Toiletries good choice. Water bottle quality may improve

We traveled as a family of 6 with 4 children. While the pool wasn’t very enjoyable because it was being used for classes so there was only a small “lane” and playing really wasn’t possible….. the customer service was great; the food was great; the bed was comfortable; pillow options galore! Super happy with our stay!

Thumbs up to the two beauties at the front desk (Chen Qian and Chen Yingying). Their service attitude is excellent and they will try their best to resolve any requests.
The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is in a very good location, close to Wanda Plaza, and is very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel service is very standard, warm and attentive, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and parking is free.
