服務特別差，11月11號這天突然大降温，下雨，還刮著風，最低温衹有六度，實際體感温度更低，應該衹有2-3度，特別冷，中央空調老闆死活不願意開，打了幾次電話溝通就是不開，預約酒店的時候頁面是顯示有空調且免費的，要不是門口摔了一跤鞋打濕了，我就直接換酒店了。房費就包含空調使用的費用，實際要用的時候像從他口袋裡掏錢一樣，摳門到家了，這麼冷的天愣是犟着不開，沒有一點人情味，從下午六點多一直打電話到9點多不開，後來可能反饋投訴的人多了，到晚上十點左右才告訴開了暖氣，生平從來沒有遇到如此小氣摳搜之人，經常住酒店從來沒遇到這種人，開了眼了。而且哪怕開了暖氣，温度上升速度也是超級慢，接近3個小時，室內温度才上升到22度，而且那個暖風吹到身上體感很涼，沒有温暖的感覺也就是不冷罷了從一樓大廳上樓梯一直到二樓前台全部都是特別光滑的大理石，下雨的時候別説地毯了，連個廢紙殼都沒有，摔一跤那就自求多福吧

就在左宗棠廣場，出門就有很多小吃餐館，房間乾淨整潔，還有套桌椅可以辦公，標準的快捷酒店類型。在前台説明訂單包含下午茶咖啡，其實就很簡單一瓶瓶裝咖啡服務員送到房間。這個價格已經非常不錯啦~
