PULLMAN TAIZHOU SHENXIANJU

The entire experience exceeded my expectations – Pullman's quality really shines through! The hotel design is elegant and stylish, the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a truly restful stay. The front desk lady, Lior, and the room service staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and smooth, and their attention to detail was much appreciated. The dining was the biggest highlight – both the noodle bar and the Chinese restaurant served top-notch dishes.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! Lior at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, giving us detailed information about travel tips and local attractions. Our trip truly offered a one-stop experience for dining, entertainment, and fun, exceeding all our expectations. Two things about the hotel particularly impressed us. Firstly, the breakfast was outstanding, providing a true five-star hotel experience. The presentation and variety of dishes were amazing; every single item was delicious. The mini wontons tasted just like childhood memories, and the pan-fried buns and potstickers really showcased their high quality. The salad and Eggs Benedict clearly demonstrated the chef's dedication and skill. This was an enjoyable trip with five-star service and a five-star experience!

I arrived quite late in the evening, but luckily, the front desk lady, Jennie, was very helpful. She found me a really comfortable room, and the room itself was great – especially the big bathtub, which was so relaxing. The inner courtyard view would be even nicer, so next time I might stay a few more days. Plus, there's a gym and a pool available.

Pullman Taizhou Shenxianju | A perfect hotel at the foot of Shenxianju 📍 Location: Super convenient. A 10-minute walk to the Shenxianju Tourist Center to catch the shuttle bus to the scenic area. There's also an artificial lake nearby for a stroll. 🏡 Environment: Newly opened in 2028, the environment is impeccable – it's brand new with state-of-the-art facilities. The architectural style blends Jiangnan gardens with a lake-view courtyard, featuring white walls and black tiles, plus ginkgo leaf chandeliers that are incredibly photogenic. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the three mountain-view rooms offer stunning views. 🛏️ Room: Spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. Features include a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a bathtub. 🍽️ Dining: The breakfast spread is extensive, offering a full range of Taizhou specialties like Wufan (black rice), seaweed pancakes, and wheat cakes, alongside both Chinese and Western options. 👨👩👧 Family-friendly: There's a constant-temperature swimming pool, perfect for children to swim and play.

The hotel is quite new and the rooms are spacious. Personally, I think the mountain view rooms have more of a 'magical' feel than the lake view ones, especially in the morning or at dusk. You have fields and country roads nearby, farmhouses with smoke curling from their chimneys in the distance, and then the continuous, ethereal mountains beyond, with the evening glow or morning light scattered across the sky. My mood slowly unwound within this picturesque scene… Xianju truly lives up to its reputation, and the hotel's amenities are excellent. They even prepare portable snacks for guests who get up early to hike. A special thanks to Amy!

Great location, right near the visitor center. The hotel environment is lovely, breakfast is plentiful, and the service is exceptionally warm. Highly recommend! 👏

1. The room was extremely dirty. Hair was everywhere on the bathroom floor and carpet, the towel had a yellowish substance I couldn't identify, and there was noticeable dust throughout the room [awkward]. 2. I took a shower at night, but the showerhead was broken and only had a spray function. The air conditioner was on all night, but it didn't start blowing hot air until around 11 PM. I couldn't stand it, so I called to have a heater delivered. I couldn't feel any hot water in bed, and the pillow smelled of sweat. 3. I walked around the breakfast area twice and found it mediocre. There were very few dishes, and I didn't know what to pick at the plate. It was very vegetarian. The only meat pieces were from the noodle soup stall. When I asked the lady to add beef broth, she was indifferent. However, she was very nice to her employees, asking them what kind of broth they wanted. There were very few hot dishes, and the soup was extremely salty.
