The toilet in the room is broken, the water in the shower is small, the floor beside the shower pool is broken, the carpet in the room is too dirty, and the TV cannot be watched. The advertising picture did not match the room. The environment is too bad!

環境：應該是接的原來維也納的店子 現在改名叫桂泉了
衞生/服務：這兩點我一起説，在攜程上訂的標準大床房，一去前台，服務員跟我確定完訊息後就告知我，你這個房間不是很好，我聽着一愣，我説啊？什麼意思啊什麼叫不是很好，她説哦就是房型不是很好，我説房型無所謂衹要乾淨就行，她不説話了，然後我拿到房卡我就上去了，在5樓，我一進去，我才知道跟房型可能並沒有什麼關係，這個房間就是給足療的客人使用的吧（原因我寫後面），地毯上全部都是指甲殼和瓜子皮，很後悔沒有拍照片，桌子上也很臟，浴室沒有簾子全透明，請問這房間談得上是標準房嗎，我把燈一打開，居然還是那種紫色昏暗彩燈，呵呵，我拿床頭的電話給前台打電話，我問你好前台嗎，那邊來個我們這裡是足療，我説啊？電話上寫的前台啊，我説你們這裡有前台電話嗎他説他也沒有，我説這個電話就是你們足療提供的座機是嗎，他説是的，我就都懂了，懂的都懂了，我在攜程上找到前台電話，我沒説什麼，我衹説了這個房間很臟有沒有解決辦法，換房間或者來做清潔，前台説你可以加錢升級房間，我又呵呵了，什麼都不想説了，我説好，然後去前台加了46元換到了所謂的升級房間，才是真正酒店應該有的標準單間！！現在沒有監管了的嗎？？？
