酒店比想象中好很多，房間寬敞明亮還有個很大的陽台非常方便，大廳也非常漂亮，比酒店拍的圖片好看。親子活動也很豐富，住的很開心。早餐也特別豐盛，在外面住了一週酒店感覺早餐最好的。比較遺憾的是小朋友起晚了小火車沒坐成。

這個房間已經是很老式的房子了，我現在知道為什麼在這個攜程網上面排名這麼高，是因為每一次有顧客過去都有送東西，然後給的好評，這一種是妥妥的造假，整個設施的真的太陳舊了，而且碧桂園温泉中心的服務態度真的不敢去評論，簡直就是差到離譜，顧客隨便講一句話都要被頂，本來好心好意帶家人去泡温泉，結果受了一肚子氣，結果第2天退房吧，怎麼按電梯都按不動，從消防樓梯走下來才知道電梯在維修，居然連自己內部的人員都不知道，這個酒店除了保安跟前台的服務態度可以以外，其他的真的絕對200%的差評，你説遇到受氣想去投訴吧，結果別人的回覆是，那是學生工，是不是經常會聽到這樣一句話，出了事都是臨時工的事，我想以後再也不會來這個酒店了。

這周帶家人來温泉酒店避暑。這裏氣温比武漢市內低一些，早晚很涼快。親子樂園和親子活動小朋友很喜歡。温泉和水上活動兼顧養生和清涼。續房一天前台貼心地為我們換到親子房，實在是太可愛太温馨了，圓了女兒的公主夢！下次還會來這裏避暑、冬天再來泡温泉。

缺點：房間表面看上去不錯，細看地上一層灰，床底下還有一衹襪子；酒店大堂裝修得金碧輝煌，但是服務到處透露着扣扣搜搜的氣息，每間房每天就兩瓶水，再要水，就質問不是給過兩瓶麼？第一次碰到住店期間泳池衹能進去一次的酒店，是一次哦，進去出來了，再進就要收費了。早餐品種少，人很多。優點：延時退房時間自由，親子活動尚可。

這酒店配套真不錯。衹花了幾百塊像度假一樣，划算！大廳東南亞風格拍照好看，房間很大，陽台還可以喝茶。最喜歡的是温泉區，不僅種類多，造浪區也好玩，玩了一下午孩子很盡興。另外早餐超豐盛，各種親子活動都玩不過來，還有外國小哥哥開網紅小火車，非遺漆扇，的確花了不少心思。前台服務態度好，早餐也優惠了。體驗感直接拉滿！

第一次來咸寧碧桂園，感覺是咸寧最好的酒店了，但官攝的圖片給人一種很老舊的感覺，所以每次泡温泉都會再遠一點去赤壁，但實際上酒店環境和房間環境比想象中要好很多，餐廳環境很不錯，早餐也很實在，真的不考慮換一組宣傳圖麼？升級了個帶大飄窗的房間，找工作人員多要了一床被子，小朋友們在上面玩得很開心~ 水世界和酒店隔了一條馬路，有擺渡車接送，主要還是温泉，加了一個造浪池和一個泡泡池，大滑梯廢棄了，但是對不愛刺激項目的夠玩了，造浪池的浪是我玩過這種酒店配套水樂園裡麪浪很大的了，比武漢今年新開的某2倍價格親子酒店造浪池大無數倍，單雙人泳圈也免費使用，這點挺友好~ 最後要吐槽一下親子活動，負責親子活動的男性工作人員控場能力真的太差了，所以活動安排一團糟，這個真的還是要去優秀同業去交流學習一下。首先是活動內容的安排，明知道週末人多，一開始就應該有預判，選擇的手工內容儘量簡單快捷易控場，比如做個漆扇、中葯香囊那種，一組5-10分鐘搞定，非要訂個最麻煩的活動，所有人堆在活動室吐槽，提前開始也是臨時通知；然後完全不按照規則來，很多客人都吐槽不按預約來，不預約也可以參加活動，説是多個羣預約也算了，關鍵衹要不守規矩自己上手拿馬上就能開始參與，所以明明是對小朋友的活動，一個3口之家，小男孩做2個，他媽媽做一個，他爸爸還坐個位子，去過很多親子酒店，有些是非用餐時間用宴會廳做活動場地，座位夠家長都可以同桌陪同，有些位子不夠是小朋友坐在活動桌家長小板凳陪同，儘可能同一時間讓更多小朋友參與，然後衹給落座的小朋友發物料，這種先發物料再自己找位子弄得一團亂的真沒見過；最後也是最不理解的，因為很多家長在等就帶着小朋友在旁邊的區域玩，有一個家長把所有的玩具全拿走不讓其他小朋友玩因此和其他家長吵起來了，吵了很有一會，而且越吵越兇，我就提示了一句，吵成這樣你們不安排個人疏導一下嗎？那個男性工作人員説，今天人太多忙不過來，並不準備管，我又説了一句，等你忙完她們可能打起來了，然後他想了一想打了個電話叫了另一個工作人員過來，也沒有去引領交接一下，然後那個女性工作人員沒搞清楚狀況，帶着旁邊一個在吐槽活動安排的客人去安撫了，那兩個吵架的又接着吵了一會😂連基本的觀場、控場都做不到，真的不太適合負責親子活動，活動變成了減分項。
