酒店位於景區內，自駕車直接開到保安亭入口處登記，然後開車100米左右向左拐即到酒店門前停車場，很方便。房間設施新，乾淨整潔衞生，帶小陽台。非節假日當天在攜程下單大床房289（含早餐、包景區門票2人、飛車表演票2張）。早餐需在景區內走幾分鐘路，品種十幾樣，糊湯米粉味道好好吃。不足之處，淋浴房門縫大不嚴，易滲出很多水打濕衞生間地面。

沒什麼服務，辦理入住開始三個人在前台，互相推不辦理，遇到的擺渡車也都不願意説去哪些地方，停車場的保安亂指揮停車，酒店衹能吃早餐，沒有其他餐廳點不到外賣，房間幾乎沒有隔音，門口講話收拾垃圾的聲音都非常清楚。新酒店還算乾淨，訂單的升級房間也沒提供。

服務：這家酒店的服務真的非常出色，從進門的那一刻起，前台小英熱情微笑的迎接我們，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的温馨。酒店在景區裏面，出入方便，景區風景優美，飛車特技表演值得打卡，炫酷刺激，感受現場的速度與激情。
餐廳：早餐是自助餐形式，菜品種類豐富。也有午餐和晚餐，既有地道的傳統美食，也有創意十足的新穎佳餚，鮮美的口感和獨特的調料搭配得恰到好處。期待暑假再來～

女兒在山東上學期間，我們是白玉蘭的常客，體驗感很好。這次到沔陽小鎮，再次首選白玉蘭，得到朋友的高度肯定。白玉蘭有自己設計的文化，無論哪個店服務都很到位，尤其這個店，就在景區內，贈送飛車表演門票，早餐也比較豐富，值得推薦。

房間比較乾淨，一家人出來旅遊，路過仙桃，説沔陽小鎮比較好玩，就選了性價比比較高的。説帶着娃一起的，特意給升級了房型。晚上很安靜，隔音效果也很好。但唯一不好的是，攜程給我升級到了下午2點退房，他們12點多就打電話來催我們退了，説今天來的客人比較多。這點確實讓人感覺很不好。

景區內的酒店，車子可以開進去，樓下還有一個便利店，開車去到景區裏也很方便，過年期間服務也很好。就是過年人太多了，早餐餐廳供應不了，不過可以諒解，希望以後能改進。送的賽車表演門票也很棒，很好看。

酒店設施比較新，衞生乾淨，離景區步行幾分鐘就可以到。
前台工作人員態度非常感謝，因為帶着長者孩子，怕吃了早餐後時間不夠遊玩，還幫我們延長了一小時退房。
然後，早餐部粉面崗位的一位皮膚白白的大姐，態度熱情，發自內心的笑容！我問她上班為啥這麼高興，她説她五十多歲了，活通透了，我説我以為她四十多呢，看上去真年輕，難道是因為心態好，就顯年輕？我們要向這位姐姐學習😊😊😊
萌寵樂園有兔子山羊孔雀。還有飛車表演，古風舞蹈表演，説起舞蹈表演，真是太厲害啦，台上五個唐風舞蹈的演員，台下我們一家四口跟她們拍照鼓掌！還有跳情侶民族舞的兩位演員！超級貴賓待遇啊！😊😊😊
雖然是因為現在淡季，遊客很少，但是整個園區還是比較整潔乾淨。路上還遇到一個可愛的大姐在掃蜘蛛網。因為我看到她在拿着掃把，我説防腐木地面這麼乾淨還掃呀。她説要掃蜘蛛網😊
