前台小哥哥非常熱情，隨機應變能力也強，非常棒！酒店環境不錯，陪弟弟考試第一次來這邊住，小哥哥安排的房間還比較安靜，白天光線也很好。酒店早餐還不錯哦，附近很多私房菜館，吃飯還比較方便。

新裝修的房間沒有任何氣味，服務員態度特別好，餐廳乾淨整潔，感覺賓至如歸，如有下次一定還會選擇入住沔街大酒店，酒店快遞有機器人送到房間，周邊環境相當不錯

每年總要出去玩幾次。很多時候，覺得出門在外，得過且過。本次就拿事實説話了，全酒店，除了經理的態度和處理工作的方式認可以外，別的，且聽細説。1、保安，第三方物業聘用，4個人上班，衹有一個人在場內，兩個人在距離大門10米開外，另外一名未知，停車場進口無任何指示牌，警示牌，無人指揮，衹靠電腦操控起落桿，既然機器可以掌控全局，物業公司還是很大方的僱人工。2、衞生，酒店內部，569的房價，馬桶兩層均有尿漬，上面一層被隨手擦了，沒拍到，馬桶旁有頭髮，套房客廳沙發上有污漬，且不止一處。3、服務，前台無任何問好，客説，她聽，解釋或者禮貌用語較少，幾乎無，不正眼看客人。房屋中心無人值守，聯繫需要前台轉述，送完東西，客説謝謝，工作人員不迴應。房間內連個簡便袋都沒有，前台答應送兩個，客房敲門，氣呼呼的説沒有袋子，哪有袋子給你們。

5.22日晚上住在10樓，睡到凌晨4點一衹大蝙蝠在床頭櫃上爬下來，嚇**！然後打前台電話，自己急救開門放出蝙蝠。自己要求換房間，這樣的恐怖經歷想想都後怕！
