Staff are friendly and helpful. My flight landed at the airport around 12:30am, but after immigration clearance and everything, it was about 2am. I didn’t manage to arrange the hotel’s airport pick-up as I hadn’t set up a local SIM line or WeChat yet, so I took a taxi which cost about ¥41.
If you set up WeChat beforehand and are contactable by the driver, the hotel provides a free airport pick-up service, which is a great plus.
The room was spacious and generally clean, suitable for a one-night stay. My travel adapter wasn’t working, and the counter staff kindly lent me one for the night. They also have free self-service laundry, a gym (which I didn’t get to use), and Wi-Fi with a password, which could be useful for business travellers. I actually planned to get some work done, but I was too tired and decided to continue my journey into the city instead.
What I really appreciated was that, despite my late check-in at around 2:30am, the hotel automatically adjusted my check-out time from 2pm to 4pm. That was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated!
Snacks and other items are also available at the counter.
Overall, it was a very good stay. The hotel is fairly new, having been open for about a year. Friendly service, useful facilities and thoughtful arrangements for late-night arrivals :)
