Fantastic! The air quality in the surrounding area is excellent. It's great value for money; the room is clean, spacious, and luxuriously decorated. There's a large kids' play area on the basement level, and it's super close to the airport.

Great for families with kids, perfect for a local getaway. The hotel's breakfast buffet is good, and it offers excellent value for money. The kids' play area is a huge bonus, and the gym and pool are also nice and clean. Recommended!

The room was excellent, a good size, and even had a small balcony. Parking was also convenient.

My child absolutely loved the room, and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the lobby was grand!

Thanks to Miss Zihe for the warm service. The hotel breakfast was delicious; the roujiamo and beef paomo were family favorites, and the jianbing guozi was also very tasty. The pool water was clean, and the kids' club offered a good variety of activities, though it was a bit pricey. The grass in the public areas was more yellow than green. The only drawback is that it's far from the city center, making food delivery difficult, but overall, it's very quiet.

The overall hygiene and environment are excellent, perfect for families with kids as there's a swimming pool and a playground. The rooms were thoughtfully equipped with baby toiletries and a child bed rail. The pool was also very clean. However, since there weren't many guests, the buffet dinner wasn't available during the weekdays, so we had to eat at the Chinese restaurant, which felt a bit inconvenient. Also, the hotel is currently promoting itself as a family-friendly hotel, but I noticed several subtle safety hazards. For instance, some decorations in the elevator and hallways weren't securely fixed. A child trying to reach a high decoration could easily knock it over and get injured. There was also a clothes rack near the entrance of the kids' play area that looked very unstable and could easily tip over. I hope the hotel addresses these safety concerns.

The Hualuxe Hotel, an InterContinental property, is a newly opened five-star hotel offering excellent value for money. The decor is sophisticated, understated, and tasteful. The breakfast spread is incredibly varied and abundant. You'll also find an indoor heated pool and a spacious gym with floor-to-ceiling windows. It's definitely worth staying here for a few relaxing days. A special thank you to Zihe from guest services; her warm and attentive service was outstanding. I'll definitely be back next time. Pretty good overall. The hotel is very new with excellent facilities. The king room even has a double vanity. The service was also great; other staff members were fantastic. There's a shuttle bus that takes you directly to the Holiday Inn next door.

Good service, not many people around.
