Starway Hotel (Xi'an Xianyang International Airport T5 Terminal)

Overall, it's a pretty good stay. It's very close to Terminal 2, making it a quick walk, and they also offer an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, taking only about 7-8 minutes to get there. The soundproofing is decent too, thanks to the double-glazed windows. The only minor drawback is that the hotel uses a central air conditioning system, so in the autumn, you can't switch it to cooling mode—it just blows natural air, which made it quite hot.

This hotel is no worse than the Grand Mercure, and offers excellent value for money. I stayed at the Grand Mercure for two days and was speechless. This hotel's location is great, the interior space is high, so it doesn't feel cramped, and the service in all aspects is good. The price is also very affordable, and the cleanliness is even better than the Grand Mercure.

Rushing for a flight, close to the airport, with shuttle service to and from the airport.

The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Dong and Xiao Meng, were incredibly helpful. They even assisted with mailing back an item I left behind. This is a truly excellent hotel.

The hotel's location is very close to the airport, it's clean and tidy, making it very convenient for an overnight layover.

The front desk staff, Xiao Dong and Xiao An, had excellent service attitudes. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service, making transportation very convenient. It's a great hotel overall.

The front desk staff, Xiao An and Xiao Dong, provided excellent service.
