The environment is quiet with excellent air quality, and the water is clean and clear. The rooms are spotless, breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's my top choice for business trips!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. I loved the thoughtful design of the hot springs area, with different pools offering various benefits – the water was clean, making for a truly rejuvenating experience. The dining was an even bigger surprise! The Fujianese specialty dishes were authentic and delicious, both in taste and presentation. It was an excellent dining experience overall. The staff's service was truly exceptional, going above and beyond. They were enthusiastic, patient, and always ready to help with anything, making me feel incredibly well-cared for in every detail.

This hotel is really easy to find, and parking is convenient and free, which is a huge plus. The surrounding area has everything you need, including pubs and a night market nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. If you don't want to drive, taxis are readily available. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable – the duvet was warm yet light, ensuring a great night's sleep until I woke up naturally. The service was exceptional; any issues were resolved with just one call to the front desk. This truly lives up to the reputation of a Wanjia Hotel and is perfect for business trips.

There are many pools at the hot spring park. I recommend visiting in the late afternoon or evening as the water temperature won't be as scalding. The room facilities were decent, and it was clean. The only downside was that the waterside room we booked happened to be undergoing a water change that day, so we couldn't use it.

This hotel offers great value for money. For under 300 yuan, the experience was fantastic. It even has smart amenities, including voice control, and the hot springs are wonderful. My child and I had a great time. The hotel service was excellent, especially Ms. Yang Lifang, who provided very attentive service. If we needed any help, we just asked her, and she quickly came to our aid. Thumbs up! 👍

The facilities were outdated, and a staff member entered my room without my permission while I was out! This is completely unreasonable! The room was infested with mosquitoes, and I was covered in bites! It was truly terrible 👎

From morning until check-out, the only noise is from the housekeeping staff talking, which isn't ideal for those who need to sleep in. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

There are only about a dozen waterfront rooms in total. We were hoping for a quiet time to play in the water with our children, but unexpectedly, many guests from non-waterfront rooms were using the gaps shown on the map to swim. Many people arrived as early as 9 am, and some children even sat on the swings in our room after swimming. When we asked the staff, we were told that the swimming lanes were shared and anyone could come in. My suggestion to the hotel is that if the swimming lanes are shared, they should clearly state this on the booking page. This would allow guests to consider whether they are willing to pay three times the price for a noisier room with compromised privacy and security. Additionally, if the swimming lanes are shared, the hotel should, according to regulations, have safety personnel stationed next to the lanes.
