The environment, hygiene, and service of the hotel are great. The towels and linens are all snow-white. Takeaways are delivered to the room by robots, which is very convenient. The most noteworthy thing is that the hotel is very soundproof, and the sleep during the entire trip is very good. Atour's pillow is worthy of being the brand's flagship product. After returning, I immediately ordered one for my mother in the Tmall store. The Mo Li sister at the front desk is very considerate. When leaving the store, she kindly prepared mineral water for the guests. When I encountered some minor problems when issuing invoices, Mo Li sister helped to solve them successfully at the first time. The waiter in charge of the room is also very enthusiastic. Every time I meet him in the aisle, he will take the initiative to greet the guests enthusiastically. The hotel's breakfast buffet must be praised. It has a rich variety and the ingredients are very fresh. The lady at the noodle stall is always busy and methodical in serving delicious rice noodles and flat meat to every customer who orders.

The front desk service was super good, and they helped to upgrade the room type for free. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed and pillow were very comfortable to sleep on, and it was very quiet at night. There were plenty of water and drinks. When I checked out, I was worried that there would not be enough water, so they gave me an extra bottle of water to take away, which was very thoughtful.
