兩張1.5米床適合兩大兩小出行。酒店旁邊有很多早餐店便宜又好吃。去文化廣場附近吃晚餐，步行幾分鐘也很方便。

門鎖壞了 不能反鎖，馬桶堵住，隔音也一般，走廊説話聽的很清楚，床比較硬 被子也不暖和，但空調比較給力，地理位置比較安靜，下半夜臨時換房到這家，門口也有人接待，很不錯

非常不滿意的體驗，入住了兩天，每天晚上都停電。
11號晚上停電2次，12號晚上停電1次，而且第二天停了很久，我睡著了才來電。電壓不穩，冬天和夏天入住真的要避雷，可能這是私房改的民宿，所以老跳閘，無語的是老闆啥也不解釋，衹能在冰冷的房間乾等來電。
這家酒店熱水很慢，雖然房間是電熱水器，但洗澡洗頭不夠用，很快熱水用沒了，燒水很慢很慢，很無語。
布草，毛巾看着還行，但床單被套有污漬，還很皺，我都有一種不是逢客必換的錯覺，床也非常硬，體驗是真的不好。
春節漲價可以接受，但服務完全跟不上，照片美化的太重了，這家民宿實際空間觀感和體驗與照片大不相同，從前台，房間，到公共走廊區域，衞生光線都很差，波輪洗衣機在樓梯口，衞生堪憂不敢用，房間沒有什麼隔音，住這裏，給我這次整個霞浦旅行拉低分了……
