位置離霞浦高鐵火車站近，大約步行十分鐘的路程，新開業六層小樓的民宿，一層有茶台可以品茶，樓內設有電梯，樓頂平台有洗衣機可以洗衣服和晾曬衣服，站在平台上吹吹風，眺望遠方的風景很愜意！房間設施齊備，床品衞生乾淨，床軟硬適度，老闆娘細心周到，熱心的介紹周邊的景點和美味的餐館，並推薦價格合理的租車，貼心的服務，像回到家一樣的感覺，非常愉快的旅行！

酒店新裝修的，硬件設施很好；比硬件更好的是民宿的老闆夫婦，熱情、暖心、細緻入微、服務周到.....如果有機會再來霞浦，還選這家霞新民宿！
