I chose to stay at the Putian International Hotel for a two-day weekend trip to Xiapu, and overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Upon check-in, I added the hotel staff member Sisi on WeChat. Her concierge service was incredibly thorough and attentive. During my stay, I participated in a one-day tour organized by the hotel, which had a well-planned and efficient itinerary, covering most of Xiapu's popular attractions. The shuttle bus driver was also very dedicated; whenever I encountered any issues during the trip, I could simply message Sisi, and she would respond promptly. The hotel also thoughtfully provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station. The vehicle was punctual and efficient, making the travel experience even more convenient and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with complete surrounding amenities such as malls, banks, and supermarkets all within easy reach. It's about a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, making both daily commutes and round-trip transportation incredibly convenient.

I stayed here for one night during my trip and was incredibly impressed with the overall experience. The hotel's location is superb; it's just a short walk to a food street and shopping mall, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. They also offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to the train station, and there's dedicated parking for those who drive. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with a wet/dry separated bathroom and plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Complimentary bottled water and coffee were well-stocked in the room. There was even a bathtub and a full range of free toiletries. The concierge, a lovely young lady, was incredibly thoughtful and proactive, sending us information about the hotel's free services and important notices. On the fifth floor, there's a laundry room and a restaurant, and at night, they even offer seafood noodles and fresh fruit as a late-night snack. Although I only stayed for a brief night, both the facilities and service were top-notch. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it for short stays.

She not only arranged a suitable room for us but also enthusiastically introduced us to local specialty foods and attractions, even thoughtfully sending a detailed travel guide. The hotel provides a delightful supper service from 8 PM to 10:30 PM, which is both convenient and a warm touch for guests. Its location is extremely convenient, with various amenities like shopping malls, banks, and supermarkets nearby. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station and has free parking. Checking out from the parking is as simple as scanning a QR code at the front desk, making the process quick and efficient. Overall, this is a top-quality hotel. If I visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here and would happily recommend it to my friends.

This summer, my family and I booked two rooms for our trip to Fujian, and our entire stay was exceptionally satisfying. The hotel's location is superb; within walking distance to pedestrian streets, food streets, and shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, they offer free pick-up and drop-off service at the train station, saving us effort and hassle for transportation. Both our rooms were arranged on higher floors, with excellent natural light and quiet hallways. The rooms were spotless, with complimentary mineral water and coffee. The bathrooms featured wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring everyone could rest undisturbed. Our butler, a lovely young lady, provided attentive service, proactively sending us hotel service information and local travel guides, and promptly responding to our requests. The gym, laundry room, and restaurant are all conveniently located on the fifth floor. From 8 PM to 10:30 PM, they serve a special late-night snack menu, including seafood noodles and fresh fruit, all you can eat. Both the hardware facilities and the thoughtful service were impeccable. It's truly a top choice for group travel. Our accommodation experience this trip was perfect, and we'll definitely choose this place again when we visit Xiapu next time.

The lady at the front desk, Miss Xie, was very enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free. We'll definitely come back next time, and it's also convenient for the seafood stalls.

The room smelled heavily of mildew.

The transportation is convenient, complete, clean, tidy and comfortable, which is very good and convenient.The facilities are complete, the equipment is perfect, the service is very good, the service is very enthusiastic, and there is a newly opened shopping mall opposite, which is very convenient for eating, shopping and entertainment. Although it is a good location in the center, it is also very convenient to go to the surrounding tourist attractions. The seafood in Xiapu is cheap and delicious, very good, very good, and the service is in place. I will often stay in this hotel next time.

They offer the BEST VIEWS and GREAT LOCATION! Also, the most recommend concierge is Ms Sisi Li who provides friendly services like my sister. Undoubtedly, the Putian Hotel is a place to stay which values for money and pleasure travel experiences. I would like to give a six star review if possible. 很少写评价，但浦天给我很深很特别的印象，必须拿出来分享。豪酒店千篇一律，好管家千里挑一。印象最深就是酒店美女管家思思小姐姐，情商职商永远在线，热情真诚。酒店本身方面，首先，酒店位置好，离霞浦最热闹的商区几步之遥。周边配套十分可以，左手边不到十米小卖铺小超市，右边银行，各类小餐馆，KTV休闲娱乐，对面就是方圆荟综合商场，吃饭购物娱乐都有 ，比较中心的位置。霞浦城区再没有酒店有如此闹中取静、大隐于市的感觉。其次，酒店房间空间大，设计前卫，智能化。尤其喜欢它的卫生间大面积空间，和大窗采光。客房卫生很干净，房间很整洁，床垫枕头舒适度很高。再者，浦天的精华服务包括免费宵夜、免费洗衣、免费接送班车。免费早餐在五楼餐厅从七点开始十点结束，免费宵夜从晚八点开始十点半结束，免费洗衣客房取送，和动车站接送（ 提前三个小时预约），出行这几天真的很方便。酒店还有一日游活动（东海一号和杨家溪两条路线） 。住过霞浦那么多酒店，浦天酒店真的是霞浦高性价比的入住首选，很满意！

The breakfast buffet quality is not very good

Location is good as it is near shopping mall. The reception staff was very helpful.

Putian Hotel in Xiapu looks after their guests. We were treated to 2 free trips out of town which were an excellent intro to Xiapu's surroiunding features. The only thing here is more information about the places we visited before the visit as the bus drivers are not tour guides. This hotel is convenient as a hugh mall is in the neighbourhood. There are also market n restaurants along the street n around the mall. Altogether we are pleased to have Putian hotel as our hosts!

Everything was amazing! The room was perfect and clean.
