One of the best hotels in the area, conveniently located in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of food and juice options within walking distance. A great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Good location and within walking distance to all the seafood restaurants. There are malls nearby but the hotel car park is quite tight if you are driving and returning after 6 pm

We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel.
When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors.
For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good.

It was my first time to travel to Xiapu and I booked the Royal View Holiday Hotel on Ctrip. It felt very good. The director of the guest department was very enthusiastic. He contacted me in advance and asked about the time we would arrive at Xiapu, and helped us arrange a pick-up. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk had arranged a room (upgrade) for us in advance. When we entered the room, we saw a little surprise in the room. It was so warm. In just two days, I am very satisfied with your hotel's guest-first service concept and humanized management model. I sincerely thank the guest director for the careful arrangements and enthusiastic help. I booked 3 rooms for the elders in my family for 2 nights. I was always worried that the elders would be dissatisfied, but the elders all said it was very good. All three have upgraded room types and welcome fruits. The service is also very good! Next time we will continue Royal View Holiday.
